I have walked into this store multiple times with no employee in site. This is just a set up for failure. The employees normally comes rushing from the back once they hear your in there but you could easily open the door softly and the store is yours........ the district manager needs to look into this ASAP. Its to dangerous to have employees in the back area/ break area when customers are roaming the store. I would love to know the shrinkage rate of this location. I love the company, customer service and inventory. Keep it up.

Was able to actually open the door and walk into the store and they said they were closed even though the sign and website said they close at 6pm. I walked in at 5:12pm for the first time stepping into a GNC and I get told they closed early for Mothers Day. There was no notice on the door, website or anything. I saw other customers walking in and out. One other guy was in there being helped when I got turned away. All I wanted was just a simple liquid vitamin D vial for my Mom and I wouldve been done. Im heading to Sprouts. Bye Felicia!

Rushed across town because I knew this gnc stayed open till 8pm. Arrived at 7:50pm for a specific product not to browse and it was locked down, despite the fact that the hours on the door clearly showed open until 8pm. Employee looked directly at me and walked to the back. Its cheaper to order my supplements online and have them shipped to my door. Customer service WAS literally the only thing GNC was able to bring to the table. I will save your staff the time and effort from here on out.

I visited this location for the 1st time today and had a wonderful experience! The young man with the cool curly hair (I think his name is William) was just as kind, helpful, and as sweet as he could be! He even offered me a free bottle of icy cold water before heading back out in the hot Texas weather!!! Who does that??! This is my new favorite location, and I will definately be back soon!

I came here not knowing what I needed to lose weight and the employee, Ali Wazir came to my rescue and gave me a workout plan and a supplement plan with everything I needed to take. Absolutely great employees. I will definitely come back to the store.

Hands down the best GNC in North Dallas... Well worth the drive. And Ive been a GNC customer for over two decades. The staff are very knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, and offer generous discounts to frequent customers.
