Worst customer service ever and I was only in there for a minute! Note to the young gentleman working the line: if you want people to form a line, dont treat them like cattle. Ive worked in busy fast food restaurants, I know how it can be. But, there were only three people waiting to be served. No doughnut is worth any disrespect.

Was greeted with a fresh hot glazed donut upon arrival staff was friendly and attentive saw small children come and grab their free donuts and leave with a smile first time here and loved it. Could be a bit cleaner and coffee could be hotter.

Every Friday I go through the drive thru and order several dozen for customers and for the second week in a row I get a call from my customer that the order is wrong for their filled donuts? Called and placed on hold for 5-10 mins??? WTH?

The doughnuts are always great, no doubt the best in the Valley. The establishment itself could be cleaner, and the sheer volume of people and wait time is an offset though, but if youre willing to wait, the food is worth it.
