This review is for the Smoke & Vapor store 729 Hebron Pkwy #210, Lewisville, TX. and I am rating my last visit and posting here for others to see. I Was in the Smoke & Vapor shop this evening and the big guy with black hair and beard is usually cool but when I came in and addressed my issue with my battery being loose and the tank leaking he became irritated and told me to buy another one. Now this battery was only 8 months old and well cared for. The screws were coming loose was my main issue. He stated straight up to just buy another one. In the end he ended up telling me to get the F%$k out of his shop. I see the reviews and agree this shop is hands down is the best shop and I frequent it often. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Not sure what was up with the big guy tonight. One conversation he and I had at one point when frequenting the shop was that I run a business too and customer service is my priority and I shared with him that they have the same aspect in there business. Thats why I am not real sure why the big guy told me to get out like he did and not want to be the better person and help out the customer. I guess I was showing my unhappiness towards the issue I was having with my unit and he went in a different direction. Anyway in the end I will be going back to my backup shop and not Smoke & Vapor..... There loss.

I normally shop there for all of my vapor needs, but never again. I bought a large battery last week, and it just stopped working all of a sudden yesterday. I took my receipt and the battery to the store for an exchange and the guy told me... exact words "we cant exchange it because its not our fault that it broke". Ok. I didnt say it was their fault but it was not my fault either. I barely used the battery during the 7 days that it was working, and it was not dropped, mishandled, or damaged by me in any way. He then goes on to say that "somebody dropped it". Absolutely horrible customer service. He suggested I come back to the store and have their technician look at it for $10. He didnt even offer that for free! There are vapor shops all over this area, and I will definitely be finding a new one for my business.

The flavors on there liquid is great but I will say this there customer service sucks. Maybe not all but one girl in particular yes. She is the one with the glasses. She is very rude and is to busy vaping,playing with her phone or just flat out screwing around. She has no people skills what so ever. My fiance bought a new kangertech subvod there and they just sold it and didnt help here with any of the questions about it. They said well you can just Google it. In all reality if you want good customer service good juice and staff that knows what they are doing and talking about go to DFW Vapors in lewisville they are by far the best around. I will no longer go to smoke and vapor anymore.

Ha. The people working there act like the same type of people that would take your orders at McDonalds... they will get your order wrong and when you tell them its wrong they get all pissy because they have to remake some juice that they messed it up,, This goes out to the rude ass female with glasses and the nose ring at the Lewisville location. You have one job and thats to satisfy customers. If you cant do that then find a job that better suits your job qualitys. If you think that you are a important asset to the company you are wrong cause there are many others just like you and just as basic that could do your job and do it better....

Im fairly new when it comes with vaping, so often when I go into vape shops asking questions, the employees are unfriendly and dismissive. Ive been to Smoke and Vapor twice, the first time with Megan assisting me, and the second visit Tiffany and Megan assisting me. Both of them were nothing but friendly and patient. Both girls are down to earth and I enjoyed talking with them. I would recommend going to this shop to anyone. Not only is the service great, but they make the juices. (Which I personally believe is 10x better than the "brand names.") I really appreciate the help that I received, and Ill definitely be back!

Went on 7/6/16: The girl with the glasses and nose ring behind the counter is possibly the rudest person I have ever come into contact with in my entire life. The selection is ok, but the juices are sub par and outrageously overpriced. They have a very limited selection as far as mods go, which are also crazy expensive for lower end mods. I just cant get past the customer service, terrible is an absolute understatement. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. If I was the owner I would fire that girl before she drives all of your customers away, seeing as I am not the only one who has complained on here about her.

I have been going here since opening day, and I have to say, this is the best vapor shop Ive ever been to! Everyone who works there is always so friendly and happy to help me with whatever I need, and most of the time I need lots of help! They are very unique, they make all of the flavors (e-liquid) in the back, customized to however you like it! Very clean, kept up, and since they re-arranged the store everything just looks amazing! Most importantly, SUPER affordable prices! I highly recommend this shop to anyone who has any type of e-cigarette needs or wants. I simply love this place.

Ive got to say this is the best smoke shop in th DFW area. I have been a valued customer since opening day. Sam and Megan are two of my favorite employees. They always make my visits feel as if they see me daily. They know their product and treat myself and every customer in my presence with the utmost respect. They know exactly what I seek as I walk through the doors. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my vaping needs. I highly recommend you go and visit this shop and experience all they have to offer!!

In my line of work I know just how helpful leaving reviews can be for bringing in business, so this is a go to 9 times out of 10 if the service is good. And let me tell you, the service was fantastic. I was recommended to come take a look and Tiffany greeted me right away. Throughout the entire visit I felt very welcomed and was walked through how things worked here. When I left I actually felt like I met a long lost friend, it was wild. Will definitely be back. Awesome employee on your hands there.

One of the top rated vapor stores Ive ever had the experience of being in. Customer service and satisfaction a definite A+. Vapor selection incomparable with any other store Ive frequent. The staff " Dave,Sam,Meagan, and Peyton seem more like family than just sales people. Liquid didnt come out right or product not working properly, they go out of there way for customer satisfaction. Will definitely be number one on my list , highly recommend them,once you go,you will find yourself returning
