I am only giving 2 stars so my comment can be seen. I live in Florida and bought one of their vape pens from a local smoke shop, only for the tank to break while I was vamping. I then went to the store I bought it from and they were of no help so I called the customer service number and was told I was being mailed a new tank and a label to send back the old one to see why the glass shattered in my hands. I then proceed to wait over 2 weeks and nothing so I just called and was told I was misinformed and wouldnt be receiving anything. The man was rude so I asked for a manager and he said he was the manager. I said oh, ok...you own the whole company? And you are answering customer service calls? Then he told me the owners were out of town and his manager "Zack" would be in tomorrow. So I am calling tomorrow and if they dont straighten this out, I will let everyone I know what jerks and liars they are. I even sent 2 of my friends to the same local store to buy the set up and they did. I work 2 jobs, 1 in retail and I work in a salon. None of my customers/ clients walk away unhappy.

Been using Classic red king size tubes for the last 2 years with happy results, I bought 3 cartons of these tubes 2 days ago and ALL of them have this strange plastic taste to them like something got mixed into the filters during production., I tried to return them to the smoke shop I got them from, but they refused saying it was a manufacturer problem. there is no e-mail address and the phone number found online does not work, so fair warning, buy at your own risk. Needless to say, i stopped going to that smoke shop too. It looks like I am out 10 dollars, I ended up buying another brand from another smoke shop.

I smoke your grape cigars and sometimes I get very disappointed when I buy a pack of them because there are half of holes in them and you can not smoke them. There are people out there that have to scrap or even find change on the street just to buy their smokes and then when they do get a pack they get holes in them. you should be ashamed. I just recently bought 4 packs of your great Clippers and I could have made a whole pack alone with the ones that had holes in them. Will I eventually stop buying them yes I will if I continue to get some with holes. I do hope that you read this and change things

We buy the Classic Red Kings by the Cartons every week & They always has Pin Holes in them. Ive made several calls to the Company to Complain but have never gotten any return calls from Them. Im told that someone name Jasmine handles it, but no word from Her yet. My Husband & I, is getting tired of Throwing cigarettes away. I realize that They are cheap cigarettes but We shouldnt have to deal with this problem every day.

I have been buying Clipper Cigars for some time now, but Im thinking of switching because out of every carton I buy there are AT LEAST 2 cigars per pack that are damaged. they either have holes halfway between the tip and the filter, or slices (cuts), or the filter is not tight to the paper. I have not had this problem with other cigars I have purchased in the past.

I like the classic lights menthol but did find out one thing they dont go out like they say cause I laid one down an came back to a major blaze of fire which go thing I was thinking an grabbed the fire extinguisher to put it out our would have a place to live just thought yall should know they keep burning an dont go out if you leave them alone

I have been rolling my own tobbaco for over 20 yrs. and have used Red River for the last 3 yrs. However every bag I have bought this year (6 one pound bags) have been stale and over dried. Also, the stalks of the tobbaco that have to be thrown away account for 1/16th or more of the weight. You have lost my business FOREVER!

while no product is perfect. i find these cigars to be better for me and my pocket. depending on the retailer, they are under $20 per carton. occasionally i come across cigars thet a torn, as if over packed, and ocasionally very loose filters. overall if you smoke, these are perfect.

Ive been smoking the Menthol 100s lights and at least the last 10 packs have loose paper around the filter, you should have quality control check into this problem. If I dont see an improvement I will be changing my brand of cigarettes.

i buy 4 cartons a month, i have called youseveral times a made a ccomplaint of half the cigarettes in the pack eere broke in my last 2 cantons.. you said you wouldreplacethem. i only rreceived one pack

love the Red River tobacco - hate the packaging. The seal is frequently too close to the reseal strip so the bag cant be opened without ruining the resealability.
