I agree with others who are complaining about poor customer service here. Im not a regular here, but I go pretty often to buy bakery products. Every time I have noticed the staff to be less than courteous. This last visit I was at the bakery looking for cakes, and the employee there looked at me, but kept doing his own thing for the whole 5-8 mins without once asking if I needed any help. I was the only customer there! I almost wanted to say" how much more longer when you will decide to do your job?" Anyway, I took what I wanted and walked to the counter - the girl at the checkout counter with is so busy chatting with her colleague that she thought it was okay to not greet the customer or make any kind of talk with them. Who the hell is training these employees? Someone higher up is not doing there job well which is reflecting in the entire store. Never going back! I have had better service at Walmart!

I love Whole Foods. Wish I was able to shop here more if I had a bigger grocery budget. They have very clean bathrooms and I love the lavender wipes for carts at entrance. There juice bar always has a friendly barista and great recipes. I love their pre cooked food too and order their pizzas here WAY more than I should. Since theyve opened a bar inside, I sometimes go in order a pizza and get a beer while Im waiting. Great atmosphere overall and of course, always quality organic items. I buy my body soaps ONLY from here: the Good bars that are 3 for $5 I think. I LOVE the coconut one and strawberry and oatmeal flavors. I also love their section of bath salts ( I always stock up in bags of 3 flavors) ONLY DOWNSIDE to bathsalts...the ink on their bags bleeds when wet easily.

Well, because of this store I have been through a terrible experience of food poising. Personally, I do love Whole Food Market. Especially the bakery department. When I was in NJ, their cakes were fresh and tasty. However, this branch gave me hard time. ten days ago my sister and I went to whole food and bought two cake pieces, one of them was Tiramasiu and the other was a fruit stuffed cake. Same day at night I felt nauseated and dizzy. Next day was like a party !! I have been through vomiting and diarrhea and till now I dont get well 100% . I think they need to store their cakes in a colder environment. JUST try to ask them for something that just baked !!

Yes you pay more but they do your homework for you so you can avoid many of the harmful additives that are put in todays food. The produce is fresh and I try to buy local which they actively encourage when available. Love their meat and fish department and the rating system. Only place I can even find pastured organic eggs.Rips 28 day challenge was a great idea, wish it had been marketed more because I missed it. The bakery is fantastic and they made the most adorable robot cake for my twin boys. The pizza is the best - their only rival in my book is Star Pizza which we dont have in Katy.

Ive never really understood the love of Whole Foods. They are expensive and now many of the same items can be found at other national grocery chains. They do offer some hard to find items, though. I bought some flour for bread making there recently that I couldnt find elsewhere. And they have a nice selection of beer, wine and kombucha, if youre into that. Their by-the-pound lunch buffet is pretty good and worth a trip if youre close by. Not the place for me for everyday groceries, but really nice when you need something that is hard to find.

I recently had Whole Foods cater a party I was having. While other places in the area cost upwards of $20 per person for fajitas, Whole Foods serves based on pan size. A large pan feeds about 30, thus the cost is significantly cheaper. Judy, the concierge, was awesome! She helped me plan for everything I needed and ensured delivery was as expected and on time. The food was awesome and everyone wanted to know who catered it. I had never thought to have Whole Foods cater an event, but I know now Ill definitely use them again!

Im good with the store and kind of like limited selection. Market I prefer Central Market because it has a good mixture but overall healthy. The only real problem is is that the price points are kind of up there and your selection is limited so I could be a very experienced Health knots nightmare financially. I didnt necessarily care for the service so I got but whats to be expected from someone whos making Alo salary per hour is roll with the flow. Try and stay positive when youre there.

Overall the store is nice and staff is friendly. They need a little help in the pizza area... Staff seems a bit overwhelmed at times, I have stood there for a good 10 minutes without being acknowledged. On Friday and Saturday nights they need to start throwing a couple extra pizzas in the oven to keep up with demand. Update: As of March 2014 they are doing a much better job in the pizza department. Pizza is readily available on busy nights and staff is attentive. Thanks!

One employee can change all the impression. I was pretty regular at this location and used to enjoy beer, wine and food at the bar. It was working out so well for us as a family. My wife get all the time for her groceries, my daughter gets her favorite pizza and I get my wine selection. I got pretty annoyed by a bartender. I took it easy couple of times. Then I thought why I should take this. Keeping out of this place now.

Your typical whole foods, quality found on every aisle. A very clean facility and parking lot, equipped with a car recharging port. The employees despite being very well treated as I know they are, seem to have a good amount of passive aggressiveness at checkout. Maybe i just catch them at a bad time but I have encountered hostility more than once while checking out. The employees outside of checkout are phenomenal.

Shop there all the time and love a glass of wine while I shop. But today, had some strange vibes from managers and staff and feel As if while I shop I am being watched ! Will Not return as was made very uncomfortable and thought when I checked out with basket at $104, was some how given a thumbs up from cashier to manager. Not sure what that meant, but made me VERY uncomfortable. Will Not return !

Whole Foods can never be called inexpensive but you can always count on them having very good quality items. I tend to go here when I want a fancy meal and want top end products. I love that you can get a beer or wine to walk around in the store with and that they sell growlers also. We have used them to get us fresh turkeys and ham just in time for Thanksgiving also.

This place is my new Whole Foods of choice, the only Whole Foods I liked more was the one in Tribeca NYC. Its a bit further out than the one in Sugar Land for me but much cleaner, brighter and quieter which is why I come here almost exclusively now. Its a little smaller inside but thats to be expected with a Trader Joes in the area.
