I came in to by oxy elite pro because i HAD RAN OUT, i HAD SOME QUESTIONS about taking back to back and after talking to the guy I decided I probably need to try something else just to take a break from oxy. He recommended Dexyfen, he spoke so highly of it, even after I expressed conerns with taking he he said it would be fine. After i purchased i did more research and found it had niacin in it which im allergic to. I called the store back and told the guy that I had taken products with niacin before and had to discontinue because I was allergic, he told me the amounts of niacin in dexyfen was small and I would be fine taking it as long as i didnt take more then the recommended dose. I was not fine!! On day one my throat began to tighten 30 minutes after taking, it wasnt too bad so i thought maybe I just need to get used to it, on day two of taking the product i ended up being rushed to the er because my throat closed up almost completly. I will never trust a salesmans information again. These people are probably not even trained on all products but yet they give so much advice everyday.

Not good. A product was promoted to me other than what I came in for. Long story short I am out $84 and stuck with a product that I dont need. Research and preparation is useful here. ZERO flexibility on returned item w/o receipt. Even if the clerk who sold it to you 2 days before is standing right there. Not even a product exchange was offered, I was surprised because it wasnt 20 or 30 bucks. Disappointing.

An ill mannered older lady with glasses was unhelpful and downright rude. Amazing the owners actually have someone like that in charge! I went to a rival on 105 and spent my money there. HIGHLY DISCOURAGE!
