Its a shame this place is in a convenient location with all the products I buy while having some of the slowest staff known on earth. Not a day goes by that I dont have to wait fifteen minutes to buy even the most simple things while one of these people scans like theyre moving my groceries through a pool of molasses. Meanwhile you can find two others standing behind the ever pooling lines pretending to stock produce. Only when the customers have a collective look of disdain at the painfully slow movements of whatever lala landing space cadet theyve hired that week do they finally call someone over to the next register. The relief is short lived as who knows if someone even takes the time to answer the call.

This is my favorite grovery store in Omaha. They have a lot of products I enjoy and some are priced lower than at other stores. For the most part, the staff is friendly and helpful. They recently got rid of two my my favorite products that I cant find anywhere else in Omaha, and when they started the rewards program they hiked all prices up a bit. You can help yourself to "free" coffee or tea while you shop. They only really bad thing about this place is that the womens restroom is always unclean and smells nasty.

Horrible store!!! I go here and will usually spend a lot of money. Been a loyal customer for years until they hired a new supervisor who followed me around, accused me of stealing, and snatched items out of my cart that I paid for. They offered me a $15 gift card for my trouble... I dont want it. A few bucks is not enough to bring me back and does not suffice for being publicly humiliated and openly discriminated against.

I love both Natural Grocers locations!! The folks who work there are always friendly and are constantly "doing things" within the store and not just hanging out. I like to see that and the store reflects their efforts because each section is always tidy. In general, this chain store carries a wide variety of products and a lot of local items.

On vacation I used this store to access healthy food options. The prices were better than other stores and even some on-line sources I have used to get the best deal AND they have excellent customer service. Every visit I made in search of supplements I had a store employee approach me and assisted me in finding the items I was looking for.

Everyone at this store us always very friendly and helpful! My mom and I have an E-Bay Store and go thru a lot of packing materials and this store being Very Earth Friendly, kindly saves their bubble wrap and packing peanuts for us each week instead of just throwing it away! Very Nice.

Their food is typically stellar quality. Water refills are .25 per gallon. Bags of non-perfect produce are 2.00. Sale prices are competitive too. We have consistently received good customer service since the store opened. Honestly love this store. Thanks, guys.

Trendy, organic, "natural", veggies, grains, classes...lots to see and buy for those on a vegan or trendy diet. If you have ever heard of it being "healthy" youll find it here. And my feeling? Gluten free aint for me. Fun store to visit though.

Excellent organic produce options here. Many gluten free choices and a big variety of frozen foods. Staff is always friendly and quick. Compared to a trip to Whole Foods, Natural Grocers is much more calm and relaxed.
