Used to pawn my laptop here frequently, over the years i know ive paid the shop over 600 in interest, yet lately i dont know if its new management, or the shops losing money, but my stuff is being way undervalued, they have crappy windows laptops for 400 on sale but wont take my macbook pro thats in excellent condition because its a model before 2014, then when i tried to take my ipad he lied to my face and told me used they were going for 150, after some quick research i found that not to be true, i mean cmon your gonna place my ipad in your case next to crappy tablets you have and sell it for ONLY 150? yeah right, i guess if you want good deals on firearms go here anything electronic will be undervalued and then sold for more than you can get it used online. I always pawn and never loose my goods, before i was always given fair amounts but in the past few months things have definitely changed, this shop will no longer be getting any interest payments from me, i found a shop around the corner that was happy to take my computer and certainly happy when i picked it up and paid what i owed.

Ok so this is my fault for not doing research on the product. I wanted to buy a handgun. I purchased a Ruger P95 from these guys with 2 clips and a flashlight attachment for 425 bucks plus tax. well im a happy camper til i go to academy and find out that they have a .40 for a cheaper price and NEW and the p95 is a older model and the new compact is 400 flat. obviously overpayed for it. I know my fault for not shopping around. So i go back to return it because I do have a 30 day return like the employee (white shaved head, very loud and obnoxious) and when I get there he says I cannot return it, if I want he will buy it from me for 200 bucks smh so basically DO NOT GET A USED WEAPON AT A PAWN SHOP to go the cheaper route. academy is a Great place with Good prices with NEW Merchandise with real returns.

I bought a glock from them in 2014 then on January pawn my gun for a loan of 200.00 which they were drooling when i pawn it . Anyway i worked out of town because i knew my gun was due to come out Feb.15 . I called and spoke with a salemen he told it would be cool if my daughter picked my gun up. As long as she was over 21. Anyway under circumstances beyond my control my daughter go to pick my gun up on the 17. Two days for which it was due. And she was told they sold my gun. Get out here with that bs . No one called me and most shops give you a 5-10 grace peroid. I talk to the manager Chris and he had the oh well attitude. Ive purchased 3 guns from them. Its the principal how you treat your customers. I will never patron this shop again. Its not what you do ots how you do it. Peroid !!!!

Worst Experience Ever today is 7/10/16 . I have a rigid drill set that I needed to pawn worked perfectly fine battery and all . Until some crackhead punk smelling Like alcohol. Broke my battery. But I didnt want to get him trouble so I didnt say anything to his manager so I told him to the side (you know I didnt say anything) obviously to his boss and all I wanted was a thank you cause he heard it snap so did I and I would of came back and pawn my stuff but like a punk that he is his pride got the best of him. I would not ever go back to that pawn shop or recommend anyone. Thank God I had a 3 yr warranty on it. Cause that would of made my day worse. Hope it works out for you bro screwing people over. Just be honest.

I called to see if they had a specific item and they said "I will not do your shopping for you." They have HORRIBLE people there and they are flat out RUDE! DO NOT GO THERE EVER!...........So I just called back and spoke with the manager and I told him about this review and they changed their attitude real quick. Then i finally got the answer I was looking for so I will give them a 2 star rating in stead of a 1 star rating. It is sad I had to do that.

I have had nothing but great experiences at Frontier Pawn. i have purchased speakers, car stereos, ipods, TVs and many other electronics. i have called up there looking for drills and tools and they always have great prices and the staff there is very friendly and willing to help you find what you are looking for. I will always refer people to this store when looking for something used at a great price.

Horrible Pawn Shop... Very Rude... When I asked to see something, the manager asked "Only if youre going to Buy It".. He was a African American man and claimed to be the manager.. Worst Pawn Shop experience ever. Excuse my language, but everyone in there, has a Shitty attitude.

worst pawn experience i have ever had. i went there to buy and they wasted one hour of my time before deciding they would not sell to me. discourteous, insulting, and john, the manager is one of the most moronic people i have ever had to deal with. dont go there in my opinion.

Ive bought a couple of items from here. very good prices, less than half of what new retail would have been. staff has always been quick and helpful. never paid sticker price, they always make a very reasonable best price to where I dont have to haggle.
