This is my favorite health food store. Ive been shopping here for about 2 years now. It reminds me of the little shop that my grandmother used to have. The gentleman that owns the shop as well as the ladies all seem to be very knowledgeable and extra willing to help you. They go out of their way to help you get everything that you need, even if they have to special order it. I recently moved about 20 minutes away and went to Ermas Nutrition Center to pick up something and I was treated so horribly. I will never ever go back there. Even if it means fighting traffic to drive back to my old neighborhood, I will go back to Tri-Health and shop at the place that I love.

First time there and I am in love with this place! If you are serious about your health (and should be)...Visit Tri Health. The moment Dr. Herman looked at me he could tell me what I lacked and needed!! He is informative and concerned about your well-being. If you want to go a holistic route and avoid the "pharmaceutical" way, risking side-effects from dangerous chemicals...I recommend visiting this place and have Dr. Herman glance at you!

I was suffering from real bad heart burn on a daily basis. I could not sleep well at night because thats when it was worse. The young gentlemen that seemed to look like an angel helped me and offered some great advise. He saved me a trip to the doctor and now my heartburn is all but gone!!!! They are legit, give them a try. A co-worker recommended me to go and I am so glad, I listened. I will go again. :) THANK YOU!
