Poor business skills - failed to honor an offer that THEY sent me. Went in to claim it and flat out wouldnt honor it. Im not losing any sleep over it, but principles and your word matter. If youre not gonna honor your deal, what good are you?? Plus, if you casually confront them about it on their fb (as I did) they just block you because apparently theyre afraid of an honest review.
