The staff at Sports Express is so extremely helpful. I am new to tennis and every time I call or drop in they are always so informative and ready to assist me with all of my needs. Its hard to find good customer service these days so its always refreshing when I do. On top of that, they have a pretty good selection of products and their website is super easy to navigate as well! It is always nice to be able to find what I am looking for. If you are looking for tennis gear I highly recommend dropping by or taking a look at their website. Thanks guys at Sports Express! Keep up the good work!

On April 3rd I special ordered new grommets for my racket. I finally got a call saying the grommets had arrived on the 26th. Thats 23 days to get grommets. It took an extremely long time for my order to come in. If its sports expresss fault or if it was whoever they ordered the grommets froms fault I dont know but it took far too long to get a simple order in.

I took my daughters racket to get restrung and told them we needed it for her district match the next day. When I went to pick it up at 2:30 they had hung a sign on the door that they were closing at 2. Without warning, she had to play with an inferior racket because they didnt tell me they were closing 3 hours early. Completely unprofessional!!

The worst experience. They said that the stringing job is $15. But when picked up the racquet, they charged $19 and said it was because I did not buy string in their store. The question is why you did not tell me when you accept the order. Should it be cheating?

Purchased a dunlop 300g online. The staff was excellent in assisting me in the process and advising on the proper strings. Super fast shipping - couldnt ask for a better, more efficient, sales process. Great stringing job as well. +++

The staff is very helpful and informative. Although a smaller store, often their pricing is the best in Houston. I highly recommend Sports Express to any level of tennis player

Quality of stringing has gone down. The front desk sales girls dont know much about rackets, strings or string setups. For $19 restringing (labor only), there are better options.
