I shop at Scrubs and Beyond in Sugarland for my scrubs, but lately they havent been able to assist me due to their small selection. I was told to go to their Fannin location for assistance. I dont live close to that location, but since I just started a new job close to the store, I went after work. I was surprised at the large selection, but the customer service was very poor! I am not one to write reviews nor complain, but the service I was received was absolutely ridiculous. I went in because my company has an account with this location where employees could go in, purchase what they need, and it would be deducted from their paycheck. I called twice before I went to verify this info and was told what to bring in to get started. Once I got there a few hours later, I was told something different. We proceeded to do the transaction, but the "manager" (I will leave out his name) couldnt find the account and decided to tell me that either the company doesnt have an account or its a house account. He couldnt explain either one to me and then proceeded to tell me that hes been working with the company to resolve this issue. I was then told a few moments later that there are 4 accounts with the company, but there was no account number. He could have just told me that he didnt know how to go the transaction. So, I left the store and was told that he would hold the items and give me a call back after he spoke to someone Im assuming thats over him. I understood that and was ok with it. Its the 3rd day and still havent heard anything. I have called with different people telling me different things. I even went back to my company to verify all of this info. I went next door and was taken care of by Discount Uniform. Their prices are way less and although their store is small, they have a great variety of things. They also have another location with more things. Once I got to Discount Uniforms, they even thanked me because they said if it wasnt for the company I worked for, they dont know if they would still be there. Now, THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will no longer shop at Scrubs and Beyond. That company has made over thousands of dollars off of me alone within a few months.

They dont carry a big variety of maternity scrubs(like surround scrub stores), which I think they should.They should carry at least one of every size that way you can go in and try it on before ordering it online. The only reason they have maternity scrubs is because the ones in store at returns. Anyway, I ordered maternity scrubs online and they didnt fit, they were too big. I went in this weekend to return the scrubs and I was taken care of without a problem. They will get my new scrubs in hopefully soon. The lady was very nice. I even got back $12 because there was an in-store sale on buy one and get one half off. I will be going back like I have been for years. Overall, I had a good experience and I recommend this store to everyone. It is very organized and clean. The people are very kind as well.

Absolutely horrible service!! Wait... I didnt get ANY service!! Someone said hi as I walked I and continued to fiddle with scrubs on the wall. Three other female employees behind the counter did not acknowledge me and casually talked about other their other daily activities. Had I been helped I would have purchased three pairs of scrubs. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. First time Ive walked in to a scub store and have not been helped. They did this to not only me but other customers as well while I was there.

Six employees, not one offered assistance! When I went to ask for help I was cut off because of the conversation going on with them. I thought the guy on the floor was shopping for scrubs too until I saw his badge, he tried so hard not to make eye contact so I couldnt ask for help. High prices and poor service, I dont remember it being this bad the last time I shopped there, this will be my last time going to buy scrubs here. Luckily there are other businesses nearby that offer better service and lower prices!

The store is large but I had a surprisingly difficult time finding scrubs in the color and size I needed. Their shoe selection was a little disappointing too. The worst part was the poor service. Its not always bad, but there will be times when you get openly ignored so that a personal conversation between employees can find its natural and sometimes lengthy conclusion. At the prices they charge, they should provide better service. Forget this place and go next door to TMC Scrubs and More.

Wow. Unless you know EXACTLY what you want and are willing to find it all yourself, DO NOT GO HERE! The people who work here get their paycheck no matter what, and they do not care about you! They seemed really put out by my asking if they had a certain style in Tall. They told me to read the labels. Rude. The store is beautiful, but thats no replacement for a courteous staff when you need it. I will never come here again.

Ive ordered scrubs the week of Thanksgiving and I still have yet to receive my scrubs and it is JANUARY! They keep telling me the embroidery has been off a couple of weeks due to holidays and that it should be open and ready within the next week. I"ve called and called multiple times and it seems like theyre just throwing an answer out there to get me off their backs. All scrubs and beyond are terrible.

Love this store! The selection is amazing! Ive never seen so many scrubs in one place! I had great service with a special order. I changed my mind a couple of times and the 2 employees I dealt with were gracious and patient with me. I wont go anywhere else for scrubs!

Horrible service, also their online services are horrible as well. Its been 2 weeks and they have not refunded my money from a transaction I didnt authorize. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I just bought 2 sets items and they charge me for 3 sets overpriced!!!! Im so pissed, Im gonna complain to the company itself!!! Poor customer service. I wont buy anymore here!

My wife loves this place!! It is hard to shop for her and scubs& beyond is a one stop shop. To bad you dont have a store in Beaumont, tx. That would be alot closer to us.

This place has the worst customer service. Always out of stock on items and place wrong orders when you specify exactly what you want and they take long to get your items.
