I asked my husband to stop by, and pick up a couple packages of hair,because he was in the area.I was on the phone with my husband the entire time he was there. I heard the representative say to the lady ahead "Sorry I cant help you,I just started here." He asked that she come back another time. When it was my husbands turn,he was told the same thing. So I asked that my husband get their number. The man said he didnt know it. I looked it up online,Ive tried to call from the office a couple times and no one answers,ever. ...Zero help....
