I have been here a few times recently and I have to say that the management. I believe the womans name was Jenny was rude and was not knowledgable. I did go other times and had a better experience with an associate named monica. She was polite and respectable. I didnt feel pressured and she answered my questions promptly and could answer anything I was unsure about. If this business wants to keep going they need more men and woman with her demeanor. But as far as management I would say training and better customer service is needed.
