I made a purchase on 12/12/16 of the Zury Wet-N-Wavy Ultra and the hair was horrid. I spent over $180 on plastic hair, there was nothing human about it at all. The hair tangled and matted up within the first week, I used it for micro braids. I have never had a bad hair purchase from an online store, I have used Sams Beauty and Glamourtress. I know that most of these brands advertising their product as human hair isnt 100% but I didnt not expect this hair to be a hot plastic mess either. The company then changed my review to the say I liked the hair...extremely unethical. I advised people to "walk away" from purchasing this hair now I am advising against doing business with this company. Terrible.

The hispanic girl that helped to me did not know what she was talking about, they do not offer half a bag in any long hair or good brands at all. She did not have an answer to any of my questions and I have been buying track hair and making my own clip in extensions for over 10 years, so I will definitely go right back down the street to the other supply place that I have always gone to where they are knowledgeable on every brand that they carry and although it is a much smaller store they have a way better selection and offer half a bag even on there most expensive here. Not impressed at all was a complete waste of time and just cause me to get frustrated

Amazing and affordable options. This store is my go to and I moved almost 40mins away and still willing to make that drive to get my extensions. They are the only store that carries extensions that match my hair texture/color perfectly. Loyal customer! Sometimes they give you a rewards punch card so that after a certain number of buys you get a discount(i thinl its a discount, or maybe its a free bundle of hair... Dont remember)

Star was so awesome! She helped me pick out different wig options that would work for me and gave honest opinions. She also applied the wig and was careful and gentle about it. She was completely nice and sweet throughout the process. She definitely made this trip here a lot smoother and easier than I anticipated walking in here. Thanks girl! :)

Although the products are good, the customer service is awful. Everytime I go in there I get followed like a hawk, which makes the whole experience dreadful. A little advice for Beauty Empire on Westheimer, if you want recurring customers, tell your employees to act professional!

Always a great experience when going, youre not followed around as huge as the store is, youre asked if you need help you say no they let you shop and Im always thanked after my purchase. I love this beauty supply the 30 min drive is worth it for the huge selection.

Great place to shop. They carry nyx makeup products which i use on my makeup clients. They do run out of eyelashes alot and think they should order a bigger stock. I think the store can be bigger but overall its a good place to shop!

This is one of my favorite beauty supply stores. I never leave here empty handed! They also give out these cards that allow you to get a discount added to them on every purchase and i was able to save $10.00 on my last purchase.

I dont hate it its just the service. The lady did not take off my security tag off my hair. So I had to drive all the way back to get yelled at No Refund, when I only asked I needed my tag to be removed. Like really

I called ahead and asked if they had a specific perm. I was told yes. We even discussed that I needed a regular and not a super. After driving 25 minutes to the store, they only had super. Waste of gas and time
