Some of the workers dont know everything which makes sense cause its a beauty supply not a salon. They only walk around to see if you need help not follow you I talked to one of them about that . They have good customer service and have at least everything. Prices may seem high but its just the area. If you want something cheap the south is your best bet.

Decent inventory, but not on the cutting edge. Staff is not as knowledgeable about products as you get at better beauty stores. They need to get more creative with inventory and train staff. Good selection of earrings, veerrry reasonably priced.
