Ive been meaning to this for a while, but I keep forgetting due to my busy schedule. After having another pleasurable experience at this store today I made a promise to sit down and do my review as soon as I got home. I just wanted to take the time to let everyone know that this store has over exceeded my expectations when it comes to customer service. Everyone from the front counter sales guys Austin, some other guy (which I cant remember his name) and Craig, who I believe is one of the managers has been so kind and courteous to me every time I have stepped foot into that store. They are not only pleasant people to deal with, but they are some of the most knowledgeable people I know in this industry. Another person who impresses me when I come to the store is a guy named John who I believe is the shop foreman. Not quite sure exactly what his title is, but he has done some amazing work on my truck and he is very efficient with his time. I never have to wait that long when hes doing the work. He has also taken the time to walk me through the work he has done and answer any questions that I have. This type of customer service is hard to come by these days and I just want them to know I am very thankful to be treated the way I do when I walk into that store. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get work done on their jeep or truck.

The short version: They did a great job, and I will be coming back to them for future work and have already recommended them to a friend. The longer version: My Jeep developed what is known as Death Wobble. Since it is something that Jeep does not really admit exists, and typically blames it as a maintenance issue I decided to bring it to 4 Wheel Parts based on a previous reviewers experience. They were able to get me an appointment pretty quickly, and it took less than 45 min for them to diagnose the problem after I brought it in. They did not have all of the parts locally, so they needed to be shipped. Unfortunately the store that the parts were coming from did not ship them when they should have. Even though it was not this stores fault, they did their best to make it right. The repair and install was quick, and so far seems to have solved my problem. I have already recommended them to a friend that just bought a Jeep and is looking to do some more extensive mods than my budget will allow.

I wouldnt waste my time with the Westheimer store. I ordered several parts to be installed on my truck and they gave me an appointment to drop it off two weeks down the road. So I took off work to take my truck in because I was told by Matt that it would all be installed in one day. When I showed up to drop off my truck most of the parts didnt come in,( in fact I think he forgot to order a couple of items} but I also had to leave my truck over night because the parts that did show up were a two day job as I was told by assistant manager. So I didnt get a phone call to reschedule the appointment for when ALL my parts show up and had to make arrangements at the last minute for a way to work the next day. I have heard the South Loop store is better but I guess I will never find out as I will NEVER take my truck to another 4wheel parts store. Save your money and time and find another performance parts shop.

Went in to inquire about getting a base plate for our Jeep Liberty. We had a Wrangler prior that we would used as our dingy. Was trying to use the same tow hitch. Sales Rep was unable to find something that worked for our needs. He proceeded to ask the Store Manager for advice and he came back and shared with us that the MANAGER recommend that we use a dolly from U-Haul. Are you serious? You are NEVER supposed to tow a Jeep like that. It will tear it up. We were shocked that the Manager didnt know any better and he was in charge of a Jeep 4x4 store. Wow! Do not trust their knowledge. Lack of important Jeep knowledge could cost YOU money. Take it to somebody that knows what theyre doing.

I found the counter Customer service representatives to be very professional, but I am very unhappy with is the ridiculous amount of time it takes to get an appointment. I drove their Monday morning early for 09:00 Drop off, keeping in mind that I am dropping off my fun (third vehicle) truck, and I perceived that if they took a long time (40 hour work week) I could still pick up on friday. To my dismay they told me they could not take my K5 Blazer in until the following next week. I ended up driving their for nothing! It look like they only had two technicians working in the service bay when they had at least 4 bays...It looks like they need to staff up to keep up with demand.

This place always has what I want for my jeep. The guys that work there are always nice and helpful with great advice. In particular, Luis is awesome! This guy has an awesome attitude and has extremely strong customer service skills. You can tell he loves his work. I am a business owner and I know how valuable a great attitude is. 4 Wheel should take good care of him, because he is representing their company well. I have done a lot of aftermarket work on my jeep and these guys know how it should look, so the installs are of high quality workmanship and done quickly. I highly recommend them and again ask for Luis. He will take good care of you.

This is THE BEST 4 WHEEL PARTS IN HOUSTON. I will make the drive past the one on the south loop which is much closer to me, and it is well worth the extra mile! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and will not force anything you do not need, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION OVER ANY OTHER LOCATION, DUE TO: - The knowledgeable staff (not to mention how they have a great southern style of hospitality) - The quickness and professionalism from the mechanics - Finally the fact that they are honest, I am confident in their trustworthiness as salesmen, They DO NOT TRY TO SELL YOU CRAP YOU DONT NEED. As I said before this location is worth the extra drive time!

The Westheimer location installed shocks, leveling kit (lift) and front control arms on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The cost was very reasonable. They listened to my ideas and provided professional feedback. The technician had to overcome a few issues with my Jeep and still completed the work promptly as promised. They did a great job with the install and my JGC drives perfectly and looks great. With their experience working on a variety of 4x4s, they are the best choice for suspension, 4x4 components and accessory work. I would certainly recommend them.

I am new the Jeep/offroad world and I needed to pick up a few items to personalize our families new Jeep. I had tons of questions and the service was amazing. They were not only well informed and helpful but patient with all my questions. There was no pressure or up sale and they carried part of my purchase to the car so I didnt have to make two trips. The pricing was as good or better than online and it felt great to spend my money locally. I cant say enough good about my experience today and WILL be a frequent customer.
