Im on a time crunch to get to work, but I swing by here because I was told they have a fantastic ham and cheese sandwich. This is the first time Ive ever come here, and theres a be back in 5 minutes sign on the door. After waiting just to get in the store theyre out of sandwiches. You really couldnt have offered to put some ham and cheese together on a croissant real quick for a sale? Theres no bake time involved just a little work.. That was the first and last time I go out of my way on my way to work. Ill stick with the little Asian donut shops that are priced right and dont run out.

Service here is always terrible but its the closest place, and on the way to the kids school for all of those class party donut/kolache assignments. I have been calling for three days to try and order stuff for the last day before Christmas break and no one has bothered to answer the phone. You guys suck. And Im done. I hope this place closes and someone who gives a crap about their customers moves in.

They run out of donuts quickly, arent friendly, small selection and just seem under prepared in general. We go to the donut store down 551 and 276. Its about 10 min down the road and they are super sweet with lots to choose from and never run out of donuts by 7 AM!

Sign says open at 6am. Got there at 6:30, still closed, lady ignores us and runs to the back of the store as we stand looking through the front window. Clearly they are running late but at least acknowledge your customers. This place has gone downhill, ridiculous.
