I brought my Laptop into the Lee Trevino location at the beginning of May because it froze when trying to upgrade to Windows 10. I was informed that my laptop was not compatible with Windows 10 and they needed to return it to Windows 8.1 for it to run optimally and that it would cost me $95. I was also told that I would lose all of my files, pictures etc during the process and that I would need to pay an additional $65 to back it up. They assured me that my computer would be running "LIKE IT WAS BRAND NEW, JUST LIKE THE DAY I BOUGHT IT" after they were done. So I agreed because I didnt want to go through the hassle of transferring all of my data to a new laptop and my old one was running impeccably prior to the windows upgrade. Soooo, a day or so later I received a call that my laptop was finish and ready to be picked up. I picked it up and went straight home to use it and guess what, it wouldnt open any applications, I couldnt even type anything into Google, it was as if the keyboard wasnt communicating with the screen whatsoever. So I called and they said to bring it back. I brought it back the next day and after 24 hours I got a call to pick up my computer. Upon arrival they said everything looked good, but dont run any applications with the Internet on?!?! (What??? Ive never had to do that before) So I tried that and my laptop would work intermittently. I decided Id try the Zaragoza location to get a new set of eyes on the issue. After 48 hours of having my laptop they came to the same conclusion that my computer is running just fine!!! I cant open applications, play games, or type in an internet address but hey, somehow they think thats running "JUST LIKE BRAND NEW!" They must think were all idiots! So now Im out $173.20 for which I could have used towards a brand new laptop. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I dont have time to take my laptop back a 4th time. Im going to file a complaint as well!! This is practically stealing! **** In Response to Owners remarks Yes, my husband did pick up the laptop and they turned it on and then off to show him it worked. That was the extent of that. I immediately brought it home and it did not work. So I called less than an hour later to report the issue. I think its truly irrelevant who picked up the laptop. As for the free software, it is a game directly from the windows store that worked without any issues prior and never made my computer run slowly. This is why I made my point about it running "like it was brand new", which it clearly is not. However, my biggest complaint is that I can not even search the Internet!!! My computer runs so slow that it takes upwards of 3 minutes to type into the browser. Please do refer to the audio and video surveillance that you have for any of the 3 different occasions I dropped the laptop off. Youll clearly see/hear the employees acknowledging that my computer was running extremely slow. The last visit your employee shoots a blank stare at me when I picked it up because I state that my computer is still going to have the same issues once I get it home because they couldnt find any issues to fix. They just kept saying," We cant find anything wrong with your computer." Knowing I would just walk out because they werent offering any other solution..... What do YOU call it when someone pays for a service that has not been rendered?? Or when one pays for something to be fixed that cant be fixed???? Now I have over $173 invested into a laptop that might as well be thrown away!! Ill continue to share my experience with whomever I can regarding your establishment!!

Worst place to take a computer ever... I am referring to the Zaragosa location specifically. I took my computer in for a diagnosis, and was told there was a potential fix that would cost me $90 plus the diagnosis price. I was told the fix may not work, but I would be paying for the parts and labor anyway. I presented the analogy of taking car that wasnt running to a mechanic, and paying for labor parts etc. and getting it back not running. Eventually they said after a few days, that it was "fried" with thermal paste everywhere and couldnt be repaired for less than the cost of the machine (which was a new Toshiba laptop i7 quad core w/ 12 GB ram). They seemed to be unsure of everything they told me period. I received one voicemail telling me to pick it up, then received an "out of town" assignment for 90 days. I called them as soon as I got back and was told it was sold. So.. a fried, worthless computer was sold? Strange, I am sure they cannibalized it for the ram and processor etc. Be careful that you watch what they give you to sign. I didnt sign my repair form but they sold it anyway. Horrible customer service, dont seem knowledgeable, and sold my "fried" laptop for which I owed an agreed upon zero balance. Criminals...

My experience here has been below satisfactory. Ive take a working computer to them to get some items replaced . No one called to give me updates on the progress of the work. After a over a month I called to find out that they are installing the old parts due to their incompetence. Ive worked with professional organizations before but this isnt far from professional. If you cant do the work, dont waste either of our time. This place is good for one thing. And that one thing is that they are located beside an ice cream parlor. WARNING DONT GO TO THIS PLACE YOY WOULD LEAVE UNSATISFIED!!!!!!!!!

Employees were very helpful. They called back the next day with the solution to the problem and how much it was going to cost. By the end of the day, my computer was working correctly. The employee showed me what was wrong and told me that it had a 30 day guarantee. So far I have had no more problems with it.

I had a computer with a virus from the FBI. I bought Norton from best buy but that didnt fix the problem. Best Buy wanted over $400 to fix the problem. George at We Fix Computers was able to fix it for way less. Definitely recommend ed

I took my computer in because it was running really slow, I think they said it had a virus. They promised me it would be ready in a day and it was. Saving these guys to my contacts.
