Ive only eaten here once and I doubt I would go again. Despite there being 4 staff to 3 total customers in the store at one time, they provided horrible customer service. My SO & I had never been before--we mentioned this to the staff-- and they did not bother to explain their confusing system. As my salad was being prepared they pointed for me to go pay. I walked there and was rudely told I needed to wait at salads and also to have an order card. Then apparently you need to go to sandwiches next? Im still not quite sure... 2 of the staff were just standing around most of the time. I have an allergy so when I asked about it I was told I could eat certain soups and none of the quiches. So I ordered one of the soups they suggested. They then come back and tell me I cant have any soup. Fine Ill skip that. With my remaining salad I was asked if I wanted to add chicken by the first staff member. Yes, thanks I told them. When I get to the checkout again (after trying to pay earlier) I mention I am not seeing any chicken. Im told the salad doesnt come with chicken. I explain, "Yes, I know. I was asked if I want to add some and I accepted." Im told again the salad doesnt come with chicken. "I asked to add some to my salad." I am still refused. Seriously? I am asking to pay you more money for some grilled chicken you already had sitting on the side and will literally take a second to add to my salad, and I am refused. Im also asked if the item Im allergic to is supposed to be in my salad? "No, Im allergic" I explain, wondering what they wrote on that order card that its unclear. My SO was treated just as rudely by the staff during this same time period. His $5 sandwitch barely had any toppings on it, just as my $5 salad had only lettuce with a few sprinkles of cheese and nuts. We were offered cookies - I am not sure if they were free or not - and I refused since I was already pretty mad by the interactions. Overall my bill was roughly $20 with 1 soup, 1 salad, 1 sandwitch, 1 cookie, and 1 drink. That would not be a bad price if any of the food had been "paradise" quality. But no, I literally would have gotten a better pre-packaged salad at the grocery store deli section, and Ive seen better sandwiches - with more meat - at the gas station. We both decided as soon as we sat at our table wed never go there again and I immediately planned what other store Id need to stop at on the way home to actually eat something with substance. This place seems to be a poor imitation of la Madelines, and since theres one of those in the area Id suggest eating there instead.

During a break in a volleyball tournament taking place down the street, we thought we had 90 minutes. We went to Paradise to get sandwiches and soup. There were only a handful of people there, and 7 cooks/servers behind the counter, so it shouldnt have taken long. After we placed our orders, we got a phone call saying our start time had been moved up. The coaches and girls returned to the tournament, while five parents stayed behind. We told the staff what had happened and that we needed everything to go, and quickly. 35 minutes later, with only two sandwiches in our hands, we finally found the manager. This guy, rather than getting everyone moving, demanded to see our receipts. (At first, we thought he was going to comp our meals, but he was actually wanting to see if we had ordered everything we said we had.) It took another ten minutes to get four more sandwiches and a cup of soup to go. The manager was unfriendly, unprofessional, and insulting. Incredible that it could have taken 45 minutes to get six sandwiches and a cup of soup. By the time we got it and got back to the tournament, the girls had already started playing and never did get to eat. Never, never go here on a Saturday morning. The manager was a big, bald black guy who wouldnt give me his name as we were leaving, and woudnt even turn around so I could see his nametag. Worst service Ive had in years. If there was a category for Service lower than Poor-Fair, Id have taken that option.

No words to describe the service my wife and I received on Sunday July 23 2017. We came here for a southwest Caesar salad and to my surprise we met this amazing person "nativio Lopez" who over exceeded our expectations. He created a totally new salad who he personally calls a Tex Mex pancho villa!! It was the most amazing salad I have ever had in my life . Way better than any other salads there is on their menu, better than the southwest salad itself. This guy made our life soo much easier with his feedback and with his expert opinions in regards on how to add more flavor to our request. He is by far the best salad maker I have found in the dallas area. Cant compare the salad he made with any others since it was unique and had a great flavor to it. Thank you soo much nativio lopez for patiently helped my wife and I and for making our Sunday the best Sunday in our life soo far. You truly go above and beyond to help your clients and you truly deserve this posting for being a fantastic person.... Thanks again !!!!

What a disgusting disappointment this place turned out to be...staggeringly overpriced, microscopic portions, and an untrained, uninterested, non-English-speaking staff. Stale bread, fatty roast beef, unripe tomatoes, and wilted lettuce....$8.65, and that was for A HALF OF A SANDWICH. IF YOU ARE GOING TO CHARGE PREMIUM PRICES, HAVE THE PREMIER PRODUCT TO GO WITH IT. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT VENUE FOR LUNCH OR DINNER...I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

I liked this place. I came with a friend for brunch. I had my favorite dish, the lox and bagel, which didnt disappoint. It came with lots of veggies, which I love. The bottomless mimosas were a great deal. Everyone who worked there was super nice and helpful and regularly made the rounds to fill up our waters and mimosas. It was a bit cramped during the brunch rush, which I guess is to be expected. I would definitely come back here.

Its very similar to like a panera bread or corner bakery. Cookies are delicious. I ordered the ham and cheese omlette, but it came out kind of cold. I could pick it up and eat it like a taco. It tasted alright but wished it would had at least been warm. Decent place but not sure if its better than its competitors but to be fair i had their breakfast menu not there sandwich soup menu so maybe I just picked the wrong thing.

Neither liked or disliked. The food was dated and mediocre at best. However they do give you a cookie with your meal. Which kept me from giving 1 or 2 stars. If youre into pre sliced flavorless Turkey on your sandwich I guess this place is for you. I also purchased potato soup. They did no garnish on the baked potato soup. I would think you would get maybe some cheese, chives or bacon bits on top, nope not here.
