In my pinion I always try to avoid this ABC. The staff outside seems to always be not confident on their job, always second guessing themselves, bringing wrong material out or not being sure if some of it can be credited. They asked me if I can tell the front office what materials I was returning, knowing this is against their policy since they are the ones who need to write down what Im bringing and no other ABC asks that. ABC is supposed to have hassle free returns yet returning stuff here is always a hassle.

This is from a truck drivers perspective. Easy to check in, I got here around 5:45 am with 3 other trucks ahead of me. Unloading starts at 7 am, no problem. By around 7:30-8 am all of their trucks are gone as well as the outside contractors. Now the trucks get to unload right? Nope.... all of the hotshots show up with their big tex trailers and truck beds blocking off the path of travel for the trucks to back into the facility. Yep........ this is great. Prepare your detention stamp upon arrival.

I ordered a class IV wood shingle and didnt get exactly what I paid for. It cost me $5000.00 and no matter what I did nobody would help me. I should have sued them. Time has passed and they made it up to me. We get great service and prices. We buy a lot of roofing and windows here.

I lost my invoice and with just a few tidbits of information they were able to find it and fax it to me. They were all so nice!! Thats just the icing on the cake. Placing the order, receiving the material, etc. went like clockwork. Topnotch supply company. Why use anyone else?
