Ive never been to this store, Ive never even been to Texas, but Yolanda this stores manager went so far above for myself and my customer, that I cant even express my gratitude! A product my customer purchased, that our company then shipped through FedEx, ended up being held at this location for him to pick up. That was on 12/16/16. My customer went around and around with FedEx regarding this package for 5 days. He finally contacted me on 12/21/16 and asked if there was anything I could do to find it. After being on the phone with FedEx off and on all day, I was finally told to file a claim, as it could not be located. I filed the claim, just to protect my customers interest, and our own. However, I KNEW the package had to be on grocery pallet somewhere. I mean, you dont just "lose" a 50lb package. It doesnt just disappear. I didnt want my customer to have to wait for weeks, or even months to get his product, so I started calling around until I found this location, as the one where the package was dropped off. I spoke with their customer service desk, and told them my "grocery pallet" concern. They forwarded me to the store manager, Yolanda. She was very skeptical that it was located in the back on a grocery pallet, as FedEx packages "never go past customer service". BUT, she trusted me and looked, and this is where her customer service went above and beyond. She didnt have to, she couldve let it at that, and let FedEx deal with it and pay my claim. However, she didnt. She took time out of her busy management evening, on Christmas week, to search the back room for a package. With my details of the box and dimensions; she located it on top of a grocery pallet, within 5 minutes, where FedEx had supposedly been searching for 5 DAYS!! Right where I knew it would be! I cannot say enough for the fact that, even though she thought there was no way that would happen, she looked anyway, knowing I was in a different state, and that I would likely never visit that store. Customer service like that is so rare these days, it must be rewarded, celebrated and commended! Thanks a TON Yolanda!!

I have been shopping here for a few years and it is a good store. However I am docking 2 stars because recently they have removed a few of my frequently purchased items from their shelves. Namely the certified Black angus line of meats including the steaks and ground beef which in my opinion are hands down the best beef you can buy anywhere. They have removed this line and replaced it with some odd tasting grass fed packaged stuff. And second they have removed the ozarka brand gallon jugs of water that came in stackable poly carbonate clear jugs and replaced with traditional milk jug style gallons. Problem is this type of plastic leeches fumes into the water which alters the taste and is unhealthy for daily consumption. Please bring back these items because if you dont I wont be shopping in this store any more.

I placed an order for a 8inch white round cake with strawberry filling and fresh strawberries on top with glaze and instead of what I wanted and paid for in advance,i discovered it was only the opposite of that, called the store to have the aeist manager only to sell out lies this is not my first time purchasing a cake but I can assure you it will be my last, on top of that just spent $200 on groceries last week and $60 additional yesterday.good bye for poor services , dont take hands out just give them by Gods grace much love,one less customer.

My LEAST favorite grocery store in the area. The store, and their others, never seem that clean, there are few people around to help, they normally only have a couple of lanes open, and their prices for the items that I buy are higher than HEB and Kroger. And they dont price match. I dont know how they even stay open. Randalls used to be a great store years ago, before Safeway bought them and ran them into the ground like some grocery store slum lord. Every time I do go there, I always say that Im never going back.

Went there on Sunday afternoon... rarely see any customer... but the grocery store next door is pretty packed with customers... Im giving it 3 stars b/c Randalls in general has higher price and you have to use the membership card... If its not b/c of the speedy checkout without a line... rating may lowered. I am not sure if this grocery will stay any longer if the Safeway family doesnt think of other marketing strategy...

Will never go to this store in the evening again. All children employees...NOT ONE was interested in being there or helping this disabled shopper. I literally left in tears. They had some sales going on that were too good to miss on my fixed income...but if I could afford it, I would have left with nothing. The kids could put everything I would have purchased...back on the shelves. At least they would be doing something!

Love this place!!! When I was a kid, I would always take a cookie from their counter at the bakery- it was always a yummy treat. ❤️ Their sandwiches, pizza dough, and tuna salad packages/ fresh fruit boxes are amazing, and so are their baked goods!!!! Trust me! Their thumbprint cookies and bagels are to die for, and their breads and chocolate muffins are spectacular!

Randalls is an awesome place. They now have Quest Diagnostics inside so I can have Bloodwork done. Walk into store shop for my groceries and their Philly Sandwich made while your standing there is just one item to feast on. Staff is friendly. They have anything in there. Their meat is so much better quality than other places and good sales always.

Randalls is the less popular neighbor of HEB. However, the prices are definitely on par. The selection of groceries is better than HEB, but its fresh foods arent as good. Its biggest advantage is how empty it is. Its easy to park really close to the store front, the aisles are empty, and it never takes long to check out.

I cant say that I like to shop at Randalls for various reasons, but I have to give them props for having a great beer and wine selection and most notably their produce is incredibly fresh, at least when I was in there. If you are a perimeter shopper like myself youll enjoy some aspects.

Prices were much better than anticipated and had a very diverse selection. I think I will be shopping at Randalls for my families groceries. The employees were very polite and very helpful. Much better than Kroger and HEB

Clean large produce section, one of the better ones Ive seen. Well stocked shelves found everything I was looking for plus some. Randalls does run a little higher on the price side but it was a good visit.

Good selection but you should never have 4 or more people in line and only one register open. Pricing is average I dont like the fact that you have to have an anti rip-off card to get the regular price.

Ive never had an issue with Customer Service and for the last year Ive never had an issue with that the night crew the stockers even after they took out self check out they have still been amazing!
