I really liked this Randalls as its within walking distance and kind of has that small store homey feel, which is sometimes preferable over the giant stores. However, for the past couple of months, theyve had a $9.00 price on 12 oz Oscar Mayer bacon. This is absurd as NO store sells it for more than $5.00 and most stores are around $4.50. I have never seen such a high price - it cost more than the crab legs I bought there!! Ive contacted Randalls corporate several times and spoke to the manager at the store, all to no avail. This is absolutely ridiculous - it makes me wonder what else I am absurdly overpaying for in this store that I dont know about. If theyre going to price bacon at double every other store around, then I have to believe that many other prices are overblown and I have since become very leary and dont shop here as often.

Just do yourself a favor and drive to the Randalls near Groggans Mill. This store doesnt have enough cashiers, they are horrible at checking the dates on products so much so that Ive bought four different out of date items in different departments, and I only go once a week or less and only out of necessity! The interior is outdated and the bathroom needs an update. If youre in a hurry then yes its an alright location to use, but for regular shopping I suggest going to another location

Slow service, cashiers who have been there forever and openly whine and gripe about this and that while checking you out, few smiles encountered from employees. I live three minutes away and the only time I visit this Randalls is when I need something quickly that they have a decent shot of having. There are a number of things that I expect to find in any decent-sized grocery store that they never have, and Ive also gotten a lot of things there that had been on the shelf a long time.

Its hard to see from the street has a nice big parking lot thats very clean its a large store has lots of items. The employees are very nice and helpful. The sale items are priced right. Some items are hard to find and not where youd expect example tortillas. Ive been here before and I will come back again I highly recommend it to anyone. There is a gas station in the parking lot and some fast food restaurants. Also some Cafe restaurants in a strip center along the side of Randalls.

Terrible customer service! I spend over $120/week there and when I went in to return an item without my receipt, the bald manager with the goatee basically ignored me and said "thats not our policy" while walking by. The rep at the counter basically made me feel like I found the items and was trying to make some money by trying to turn them into the store. Randalls needs lessons on customer service!

My sister and I came here on Monday the 28th of August the store was nice stocked considering we were on the middle of a flood caused by hurricane Harvey the employees and and manager were nice smiling helpful we were all in the same boat but they went above and beyond thank you Randalls in Panther Creek you were a light when none could be found

I dread coming into this store, every time the lines are extremely slow and the store is understaffed. I live across the street and will go out of my way to avoid this place. God forbid you ever have to come to the customer service desk (to buy tickets or whatever), I have waited over 15 minutes for anyone to help me.

I have always had helpful, courteous experiences there, but the prices are simply the highest of all store chairs. Unfortunately, being in a wheelchair limits my options because I dont drive. Even their sales are sometimes what other stores​ regular prices are. Im constantly looking for whats on sale.

Although their grocery store has improved their prices are high. I run in for a quick item or two because they usually have short lines. One plus is their floral department. The debi lilly products are precious and the floral section has some wonderful specialty cards by Papyrus.

Its a really nice store and I go here for convenience because Im so close. The prices are way to high on some items though and I wish they carried a better selection of vegetarian / vegan options. But overall, its a nice store and the people are friendly.

Very often there are not enough cashiers to check you out efficiently and a quick trip to the grocery store is lengthened. On numerous occasions Ive spent more time in line than shopping. Never experienced this sort of wait at HEB.

Bob is by far the best store manager. They have wonderful cashiers as well. Sadly, Leslie from customer service is completely incompetent and has no business working with people. Cathy the other manager has zero social skills.

Only grocery that wasnt limiting number of people coming in during this crisis and I applaud them. I left HEB as their lines were enormous and it seemed like they were playing the "Im in charge" game.
