We went several weeks ago. I suggest shoppers do not go to this store anytime close to their closing time. My daughter and I had a terrible experience when we walked in twenty five minutes before closing. We were greeted with someone on the floor letting us know they would be closing soon which was ok but as it got closer to closing I had two women in the dressing room area practically chase us out of the store before it was even closed. They asked us to leave the dressing room. We were even told that they were closing the registers and if we wanted to be able to purchase our items we would have to leave now... which was more than five minutes before closing. Thank God the young woman at the register was wonderful, otherwise awful!

Half the clothes on the racks didnt have price tags on them. I knew this would be a problem when we got to the counter. Of course the shirt I wanted was the only one of its kind, so the cashier sends off some lax girl to do a price check. Mind you the line is 20 people long, we stand there for more than 10 minutes waiting on this girl to find a similar shirt, ( which I had already told them there wasnt) i finally just said dont worry about the shirt. Super annoying the store does such a poor job tagging their clothes, then has an even poorer method of price checking. Waste of time, will not be shopping here again.

Employees need to improve on customer service, jewelry department is usually the worst. I asked for help and jewelry cleck snapped at me that she was with another customer. I knew that, was telling her so shed know I was next in line. Another time was asked to pick up the necklace I had just looked at and clasp it back up the way it was given to me, Wow! ....Cashiers in front are uaually very friendly. Great selection thats the only reason I go back. The lines are long but it usually goes quickly.

Ive never been to a Home Goods. I drive down staples pretty much every day and never noticed it! My brother pointed it out and we decided to stop by. I do have to say that they have a LARGE selection of home decor at great prices. I was eye balling their furniture. I saw the cutest sitting couch. I picked up a few kitchen supplies. Ill definitely be going back.

Love homegoods but the workers there arw not that friendly. They qlso close at 930 and if your in there at 9 o clock they start announcing that theyll be closing every 5 minutes until they close. I can understand the last 10 minutes announve it but to hear it constantly is ver6 annoying
