I am a huge fan of Bulverde Vision Source. My contact lens shipment was stolen just a day from a long trip I had planned. I was completely out of contacts. Even though I had not been a patient of theirs yet, I was able to show them my prescription. They were kind enough and gracious enough to give me some trial pairs so that I would have contacts. They have earned my business. Every single person I encountered there was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful.

I absolutely love Bulverde Vision Source!!! Dr. Martin is knowledgeable, patient in answering questions and has a sense of humor as well, which all added up to a very pleasant exam experience! And Ernesto is amazing - more helpful than anyone I have encountered in a long time and he does everything with a smile. If you are looking to stay out of SA for vision care, this is THE PLACE to go!

Wonderful experience. Highly recommended. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor spent time explaining everything. I didnt have to wait long and when I was taking too long to decide on my new glasses, they stayed after hours to help until I made my final decision. Great customer service means everything!

I want a walk in with a foreign object in my eye. The staff was courteous and very attentive. I was seen immediately and the care was exceptional. Follow up appointment scheduling was done with consideration of my busy lifestyle and an overarching concern for my vision health. I would recommend this clinic to anyone!
