We are SO impressed with this Location. We have a year old "Chorkie", (Mama was Chihuahua, Daddy was Yorkie) and we went in to get his food. The Manager told us they were out of our Brand at the moment but recommended another that he said was Healthier AND Cheaper. He said if Max didnt like it we could return it for a full refund. He Loved it and we appreciated the personal attention! Next, we had him Groomed in San Antonio at the "Big Box" Pet**. Seriously, this 7 month old puppy was EMBARRASSED!! The cut was HORRIBLE, uneven and just plain BAD. We took him here to Petland in Boerne this time and the Groomer is FANTASTIC! Max strutted around like he was ROYALITY!! We Loved it, He Loved it and we saved the aggravation of San Antonio Traffic!! This Store and its people are exemplary!! THE BEST! I give the employees and the Groomer 6 STARS!!

Was a little hard to find since it is not really visible from the road (it is behind the bank). Once I got to it there was not much parking but that wasnt an issue for me since no one was parked there. I went here because I have a turtle and it needed supplies. The staff was extremely friendly and explained what various pet products did. I didnt have to hunt down a sales person, as soon as I came in I was asked if I needed help. They talked to me about various types of lights and what the different bulbs were for. I didnt feel rushed and was confident in my purchase doing what I needed. The sales woman seemed very knowledgeable about different types of turtles and what they needed. This is my new go-to place for pet supplies from now on, I enjoyed my visit.

I love how they care for their animals, and all the animals they have. I really like it how you get to hold and really get a close look at the animals, but my favorite part is they are family owned and operated! :) I have gotten most of my animals their and when I got them they where happy and healthy.

The staff was very rude I came in for my two puppies and while I was looking I stopped to look at the pets and they started following me around like I was going to steal somthing creeping me the hell out. Then they were very rude to me are you serious what the hell is wrong with you people
