Ive gone to this shop so many times and I had great experiences every time. They recently got rid of a lot of people and have different guys working there. I went to get my nostrils re pierced and they ended up very crooked. The guy argued with me saying that thats exactly where I said I wanted them even though they have never looked that uneven before. I asked if he would redo one if I took it out and let it heal and he told me I would have to pay for it regardless even though he messed up. I feel if you are a piercer it is very important to mark and measure before you stick the needle through. I was very disappointed with him and the situation. Havent gone to that shop since and found a better piercer elsewhere.

Did great Ink work! But I got my nipples pierced months ago and just had to take one out because it was still hurting, I do realize its probably a difficult place to Pierce but definitely didnt wanna get that pierced again lol this is my first piercing to ever have to take out to get redone. Ive taken it out and it still hurts. I think it just was not done low enough. But Im not a body piercer lol thank goodness it was only one I had to take out. Rather than that the employees are amazing and always do a great job!

I went there today to get my belly button pierced. Best decision ever! The woman at the front desk was very friendly & so were everyone else. She was very patient w/ me & explained everything to keep me calm. I loved it here & Ill def be going back for more.

Was told to go get cash more artist would be there shortly. Went and got cash and other artist showed up saying they didnt have appointments then when I told them what I was wanting to get they had appointments then. Unprofessional
