I spoke with Marissa. This is the greatest store for genuine Dell laptop parts and knowledgeable helpful sales people. Marissa helped me source the parts I needed and even explained what they do and how their malfunction would put the data on my computer at risk. I cannot speak highly enough about this rep. If it were possible I would give this store a 10 star rating because they deserve it. Marissa was extremely polite and calm and went above and beyond to help me find replacement parts. What a gem. They were recommended by my Dell technician and now I know why!!!

Great experience. Maybe traffic was light, but they got my keyboard installed in minutes. They also found my cmos battery with a pinched cable, and got it replaced too. All this under a "fast charge" fee (not that yours will be that quick/easy/qualify.) They could have charged twice as much, and it would not have been unfair. Use them if you need your system fixed.

What a great source for Dell parts! I ordered my parts on-line and had them in 2 days (Im in Texas). I had our sons XPS laptop up and running in just a couple of hours. Then I was able to recycle the old motherboard by sending it back in the same box that the replacement had been shipped in which included a Fed-Ex return label. Kudos to all at the PartsPeople!

Ive taken laptops in several times and the are friendly, fast and reliable. Best of all, reasonable. Ive also called with some techy input just to bounce off some ideas and they have taken the time to give me suggestions rather than just tell me to bring in the machine so they can make that much more money off me. Great business, I recommend them all the way!

a lifesaver! thought i needed to buy a new computer after only three years but thanks to being able to buy a fan was able to save it.more recently needed an adapter and had no success at best buy or staples but thanks to obtaining the exact part i needed from parts people i was able to once again save money and time. delivery was as advertised as well....

I cannot believe the level of easiness that this company fix my problem. I had a broken screen and in less than 10 min i walked away with my computer fixed for half of the amount other companies will charge. They are fast, friendly and have great prices. I will recommend this place 100% absolutely great professionals

If your kids have laptops invariably they will be dropped and broken at some point. Each time Ive had an issue Parts-People has been able to repair the system in question quickly and reliably at a cost much lower than the original manufacturer would have charged. These guys are friendly and great. Use them.

Very thoroughly explained clearly, computer problems and some side knowledge free of charge about device causes & effects, application hacking to hijacking, and damn sure more knowledgeable than average about specifics I was confused about. Clean, local, sarcastic in the good way. Recommend them...

Awesome service! Ordered my new alienware keyboard trim for $13 because the previous owner broke it by accident, the part arrived in excellent condition and even had protective plastic wrap on it. I will for sure be ordering some more parts for my alienware from this site when the time comes .

My kid spilled smth on my laptop and keybord + trackpad stopped working. I drove over there, and they replaced the parts right there and then, took only 20 minutes. They even cleaned the whole laptop from inside and outside without me asking. Great and fast service, friendly too.

I have not purchased anything from Parts-People, but I have contacted them about questions regarding my Dell Laptop. Their tech support and customer service is amazing. Their representatives reply promptly and are very knowledge about the parts of my computer.

Sent my laptop for repairs only to have them *expensively* refurbish the outside and not fix whatever internals were a part of the problem: not being able to connect to wifi. Still cant. Thanks a lot. 100% do not recommend.

after being told by dell I would need to replace my whole screen because of cracked plastic, i found a bezel that worked. My husband replaced it tonight. Absolutely awesome and not 250 dollars which I was quoted by dell.

Just ordered the product. I am disappointed to see that they dont calculate taxes and duties to Canada when calculating the total price. This item will probably come with an extra import fee.
