I went to to this store to day to buy some things and I experienced the worst customer service ever. I stood there for more than 10 minutes while 1 associate was on the phone and the others were to busy having a conversation with each other to even acknowledge I was there. I was about a foot away from the lady on the phone and I know she saw me. but instead acknowledging me enough to say I will be with you in a moment she just rudely walked away. I will not go back to that store let alone recommend them to anyone. Customer service is everything in a business and if that is their level of customer service that business wont last very long. It was so bad I cant even give them 1/4 of a star. the only I gave them one star is because if I didnt this comment wouldnt be published. :-(

After 35 years of smoking Marlboro Reds a friend gave me a battery and tank from aspire. Not knowing what I was getting into and what all was needed the Smokin Dragon was my second stop after hitting a shop that didnt have what I wanted and the help that was behind the counter was more clueless than I was. The Smokin Dragon has all that you will ever need. The folks behind the counter are understanding and know their product. They helped me pick out E-liquid for my first time buyer. After a couple of weeks I upgraded to an Aspire CF VV with a Mini Nautilus attached all with the help of the people behind the counter. Today I have gone 30 days without a smoke and am looking forward to another 30 days. Thanks Smokin Dragon for all your help and knowledge.

Went into smokin dragon gifts just for a few new accessorys and found a lot of great info from the sales clerk, I did not get his name but he is tall, lean white guy. Any who he showed me all the new products we got to discuss the pros and cons of certain merchandise and ended up buying a whole new set of instruments. I will be coming back to this store for sure! Now as a side note some of the glass pieces are a bit pricey but honestly your buying Quality product so it is worth it! So if your ever looking for a new piece, something to grind with or just a pack of papers, Smokin dragon is the store you need to try!

Although the selection of products is good, the customer service is horrible. Not everyone there sucks, but youre lucky if you get good service. Theres also a cop there all the time. Although these products are meant to consume MARIJUANA, the policy of the store is to not refer to their products by their actual name and definition. Something you should be aware of because they will kick you out instead of kindly explaining to you their policy. BUY on EBAY.
