10/21/2011 Once more, we see reviews of our store from people who seem to be referencing our closest competitor. Wonder what could be going on? We sure are! Being one of the full time staff here at Arlington cigar, all I CAN tell you is that I try to personally greet every customer when they come in the door, and make sure they get help if they need any. I KNOW from the occasional canvassing I do that our prices are NOT higher than most stores, and we are actually lower than some, while in other cases, the logical few cents lower/higher applies. Look folks, you can listen to what you want, but unless youve been here you can ignore the suspect reviews and see for yourself. Maybe I should email out to our hundreds of regular customers and ask them to post favorable reviews like everyone else seems to be doing? Come by, we DO have the largest selection in town, our prices are good, and we certainly try to make you feel welcome.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Overpriced. They have a beautiful store and a great selection, their prices are very high (higher than most other stores). The staff is rude, and they act like they are doing YOU a favor by letting you in the store! Money is tight, and cigar smoking is absolutely a luxury, but after a visit to this store Ill spend my money a little more wisely at another store where my business is appreciated..... (YOUVE BEEN WARNED)

Extremely comfortable cigar shop with a GREAT selection...one of the best I have visited. Each cigar shop has something to offer, but this shop offers more than most, while maintaining reasonable prices. Listed as a private club, but everyone there made me feel very welcome while on my travels. I highly, HIGHLY recommend stopping by here if you have a chance.

Started coming here back in June 2011, and have always found the service great. The staff has always been very friendly and made me feel welcome. I know there are other shops in town that Ive heard good things about, but honestly I have never felt the need to visit them after being welcomed into the family here at Perfecto.

Weve been coming to Arlington Cigar for about 6 years and it is a great place to enjoy a cigar, watch a game, etc. My husband enjoys cigars and the store has a great selection. We’ve made some lifelong friendships with people we’ve met at the club and with people that work here.

Fantastic shop. Great selection. I was made to feel welcome even though Im not a member. Relaxing atmosphere for a smoke after a hard day at work. Im not a member, but was still offered a beer. Ill be back for sure! Thanks guys!

The staff was extremely helpful. They have 3 packed humidors for three different price ranges. If you live within 15-30 min you need to visit this place. Dont bother with the one across from hooters on collins....
