I had a great experience at Tabacco Lane, and I would totally recommend to a friend. I called ahead of time to make sure they had the cigars my husband was looking for, the guy who answered was very helpful and patient with me. Later that day I went into the store and although the cashier was attending another customer he took the time out to great me and point me in the right direction. As clueless as I was about tabacco products Mr. Jules customer service was exceptional, from the phone call to checkout, and I would be happy to return to Tabacco Lane.

I hate I even have to give this place 1 star...this place deserves less. If your African American DO NOT BUY from here. The Hispanic guy that wear a NY hat is definitely racists. No customer service, and handles business situations like a child. I wont be here and I hope it goes out of business. If youre reading this and you are the owner I strongly suggest you change management.

This location is an excellent place for high end cigars and pipe tobaccos. This location tries to carry most of the top notch cigars in the top 25 of cigar aficionado magazines. Though they may not be able to carry every single cigar ever made, but there is a very wide variety and selection of cigars from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and Honduras.

This place SUCKS! It was awesome when it was in the mall because it had the perfect presents for people in glass cases and a great cigar collection. now they just sell hookas and other pot stuff and are trying to pass it off as still be a legit company. They sold out and lost everything that made them cool

Excellent Selection. One of the biggest walk in humidors in the DFW. Not a lounge but definitely a great place to grab and go. Prices are cheap and fair compared to other shops Ive been to in DFW. The employees are very helpful and the shop smells lovely. Love this place.

I love this shop. The staff is always friendly here, but the selling point is the huge walk-in humidor with thousands of fresh cigars. I dont smoke a ton, but when I do I make sure to run by Tobacco Lane to get my fix!

The staff are great. I had a long conversation about pipes and learned a lot. The cigar selection is pretty extensive as well. The only downside is you cant smoke in the store.
