The mall was slammed yesterday when my daughter and I headed to a find someone to give her a full face makeover. She wanted to buy all new makeup. We were treated like a bother in the first store. (Sephora) We waited in the second store for 20 minutes and were obviously ignored while sales people stood around talking to each other. We asked for help from at least four of them. Dont want to say the name.. Macs. Anyway, I thought.. lets try Nordstrom. They are known for great customer service. Well, Nordstrom was just as busy ...if not more! But the difference was amazing! We were treated like royalty and they listened to our needs and fit us in to their schedule. The lady that did my daughters make up was so kind. An appointment was made an hour away but at least they didnt turn away business. Come to think of it, why would anyone????!!! Being busy is no excuse for giving poor service. Nordstrom proved that to us. Bravo!

I continue to be let down every time I visit this Nordstrom location....specifically the dress department associates. I have had numerous events over the last few weeks requiring formal dresses. Last time I was there not one associate acknowledged me and I was the only person in that section and had my hands full. I ended up loving a dress but needed another size but nobody checked on me or anything so I ended up purchasing online. Then today, I was in the dress section again shopping and had my hands full of dresses and not one person offered me a fitting room or any assistance. I counted at least 4 associates just ignore me. I ended up buying a $400 dress today but hate that I even gave that store my business. I wouldve ordered online again had I had more time. I have managed retail stores for 10 years and was/continue to be disappointed with the customer service.

Sixth & Pine is the restaurant located on the ground floor of Nordstrom. This place opened strong but lately the corn beef sandwich has fallen a notch or two. They used to have a free pickle and cauliflower garnish. They used to have potato salad that was of the best deli grade which has been removed from the menu. Their reuben sandwich was grilled to perfection and was the best in Nashville. Now its not as seared as I like it. Also their menu is slightly smaller. The BLT with avocado is above average. Its the nicest place to eat in the mall and it also has a counter.

I heard that Nordstrom refuses to carry Ivanka Trumps line now due to political stances and/or capturing those customers who dont like Trump. Its so very unkind of you; I would never shop somewhere that did not support her. It feels so leftist and immature of you as a business. Yikes...what is this world coming to!? I have been searching high and low for something "ivanka" oriented to buy and SOW into her business. I ran across this and couldnt believe it. I know I wont be stepping foot in the Green Hills Nordstrom anymore. That is a shame.

Definitely worth the wait. It seemed like it took forever to build and I was excited every time I went to Kroger and saw he progress. Its been here a few months now and Im still excited! Im so glad they located the store here instead of in Franklin. And I no longer have to travel to get my fix. This is a Real Department Store. The employees are very attentive, the selection is beyond fabulous, and their return policy is second to none. Lets go shopping!

Not sure what it is, but I always have problems with service in the shoe department...particularly with two sales people - Ethan (who literally was no help when I ordered shoes online and picked them up at the store - I had to walk over to the purse department to get someone to help me with shoes) and Claire (who is straight-up rude). Its disappointing since Ive never had anything but impeccable service there and at all other Nordstroms.

The Worst managed Nordstrom Ive ever been to. Normally Nordstrom stores are the best managed, most customer-service oriented stores anywhere. Ive lived all over the US, and you can always count on top notch service from Nordstrom. Not this one! So many employees at Green Hills are creepy and just concerned about making their commissions, not about their customers! VERY disappointed!

I have shopped in the past and the workers there have been more than helpful. They also have a good selection. However, I will be not shopping there from now on due to Nordstrom getting political and dropping Ivanka Trumps merchandise. It was not about performance sales but purely political.

I waited for more than 30 minutes for a Ruben Sandwich. The meat was awful. It was difficult to bite through the gristle. The cheese wasnt even melted on the sandwich. I could have gone to Arabys and had a Ruben that was twice as good, for a third the price and ten times faster.

Nordstrom has been a welcome addition to Nashville, the first TRUE high-end department store here. But dont just think designer and expensive merchandise, as always the service delivers in typical Nordstroms style. Be sure to enquire about the personal shoppers that are available.

I have always had a great experience from every employee here. They even knew that I wasnt going to be a big spender and I know theyre on commission. I really wouldnt have expected the great service for how little they would have gotten from it. I love this place.

The only reason Im even going there tomorrow is because of a gift card given for Christmas. I dont really dress up to how" the staff "approves. However;Im prepared for the noses to be stuck in the air and to be watched closely. sincerely Rosie

I was so excited to go there and find lillypulitzer but when I go there they told me that they dont have it anymore I was so sad to hear that ! So if anyone can tell me where I can find lilly pulitzer agenda in Nashville Ill be thankful

Nordstroms has really undergone a change since it opened in Nashville. I had a great experience in lingerie, but I couldnt get any assistance in other departments. I was there to shop. The employees were there to text their friends.

I just called the Nordstrom in Kansas City to place a DTC for myself because service experience and the mens department did not answer the phone. What happened to this Nordstrom? It has really fallen off over the last couple years.

My mom and i sat here for nearly 20 minutes after being told wed be helped. the lady then proceded to help a lady that came in after us and we never got asked if we needed help until we were getting ready to leave. Very displeased.

Its always a delight to shop at Nordstrom Green Hills. The staff is knowledgable, and always polite. Further, they tend to have impeccable taste. Whoever does their hiring is a keeper, as are the staff themselves.

I dont agree with a lot of the practices Im going to be shopping at Dillards department now they also have a parking deck under the store that is really nice but more importantly stay out of politics.
