This salon ruined a color and subsequently damaged my hair; allowing another stylist to fix the first HORRIBLE job did not go well either. The manager didnt apologize for the first or second incident nor offer anything "extra" for the damage to my hair. She refunded the cost of the color job but now Ill have to spend a lot of money over the course of YEARS to fix my hair. I had to seek help elsewhere and although the new salon was able to fix the reds and oranges somewhat, I now do not have the hair color I originally had wanted. If you dont want orange and yellow hair or damage to your hair, I would suggest you avoid this salon.

JCPenny has messed up my account ,3 times by not recording my return items properly. If I did not have my receipts they told me I owe the money. Even though I gave them the receipts it took them 3 months to correct their error and asked me to send corrections to the credit bureau which was not good news There should be no doubt when I say I crossed the off my list as a customer.

I love this place and would give it a 5 star review but its so aggravating that I cant just exchange my online purchases without such the run around.... anyway the people were great so they still get three... Gayle was great and made everything easy! So m bumping it back to 5 Stars! Thank you Gayle!

They have a great variety if clothes but Im wondering if its normal for them to insult the customers. After being told twice by the same woman I need to be in the plus section I got quite frustrated. There is a size between petite and plus. Its called regular!

My wife and I went at the last minute to find some items for a wedding. The staff made the visit very easy on us. Chip in the men department was very helpful. Would definitely be going a lot more.

This is the worst Pennys Ive been in. There is no organization, esp. womens dresses. It is like looking through Goodwill without the discounts.
