I really just want to put ZERO stars! So the lady that was at the register( who did not have a name tag) was extremely rude to my aunt and grandmother they are slowly learning English but you can definitely understand them and my aunt asked the price for a shirt that did not have a price tag and she just said no Im not going to check it. After that she put the shirt in the bag ON PURPOSE so that the alarm would sound obviously after it sounded my aunt and I went back and she was like oh i didnt ring that one up and she just took it back. Now this lady has ALWAYS been extremely rude to the point where I no longer will shop here Id rather drive to Spring Hill or Nashville and be treated nicely then Ever coming back. This makes me extremely upset as I know that my grandmother and aunt try very hard and for her to be that rude is just so sad.

One star really means zero stars! I dont even know how a store so under stocked , and so much wasted space remains open. The shelves are practically empty. Im a regular at ross and this is one of their worst stores in TN.
