Let me start by saying this rating is not for all Publix sites nor this Publix in general because I have not had a bad experience at this Publix or any other before this experience. This rating is for the bakery and my experience these past few days with them. However it only takes one bad experience to ruin it and make me never step foot in that Publix site but drive 5 to 10 miles further to another Publix. I asked whether they can bake a cake for 20-30 ppl. I gave them a photo. Simple round no frills cake for a small group. They said they would call to see about ordering the small flowers and call me on Monday. No call. I called Tuesday and they said come by the store to see what they offer. I explained I already was at the store and was told Publix bakery would call on my behalf regarding small sugared flowers. They said the small flowers and 10" cake would cost like a wedding cake +25% more. Reminder, this is not a wedding nor is the cake to be decorated like a wedding cake. No topper, no writing, no decoration except a few small flowers yet they were charging $130+. The first time I asked they said $50 like a simple 10" cake. I know this new price is an error but did the manager speak to me? No, she spoke through an associate. She was too busy giving away free cookies and in the back hiding to speak directly to me. She instead spoke through her associate 4X instead of speaking with me since her associate was clueless on what to say or do without guidance from her manager. The worst customer service EVER! I will never order from that bakery again. I will never go back to this Publix but drive down the road to another. Shame on them as I have always received great service elsewhere.

The absolute worst sushi Ive ever eaten I bought from here today. I hope I dont get sick and have to taste it again on the way up. Other than that, pretty much the same formula as any other Publix: 1. Their employee to customer ratio is much higher than any other grocery store Ive been to. You will get asked over and over again if you need any help. Some people like that. I personally dont. You almost certainly will never see a long checkout line here. 2. Produce is almost always fresh; food quality is better than average. 3. All items are very overpriced when not on sale. 4. They always have Buy One Get One Free sales on 10-30 items in the store. So if most of your items are on the BOGO list, youll pay less than somewhere else. Otherwise, youll pay more.

The Eve of Christmas Eve, I needed to go shopping for the dinner. I was not looking forward to going to the store. It is very stressful and with the crowds it was just going to be a bad night, I Thought. Boy was I wrong... I had not been to Publix in Mount Juliet but thought I would try it out. Well to my surprise, I was asked at least 5 times, Can I help you find anything? The staff treated me as if, I was the only lady in the store. They were restocking but stopped to ask if I needed help finding anything. I was so impressed.. Love this place. Wonderful Service, Find Everything on your list and when I checked out, I was second in line. Someone got inline behind me and they opened up another register within minutes. LOVE LOVE LOVE this SUPERMARKET!!!!!!

I actually went to this Publix because their website said they had an item I have been looking for since my return from Florida back in July. I normally go to the Publix in Lebanon, TN where I live. Turned out that neither Mt Juliet location had the item that the website said they had. While at this particular location, I did some minor shopping and as usual, Publix never fails to impress me. Fresh produce, a bakery 2d to none and had some darn good deals in their fresh meats. I only take away one star on the rating because I went to 3 different Publix stores based on their website indicating the had the item in question. Not a bad reflection on the employees in the stores but maybe on the admin folks for not keeping website up to date.

Ive been going to the Publix in Providence Mt Juliet, TN since it opened. Why? Because regardless of prices their store is always clean and the food is better than Krogers. The employees and managers have always been extremely nice to me and helpful. Never had to wait long in line . I wish I could treat them all out to dinner :).

I love Publix stores, but this one is just missing it. The prepared food section is always a disaster - either out of items or displaying stuff that has been in the hot case for hours. I hope it improves, because this location is convenient for me to go to.

Employees go out of their way to help. New shopping carts are awesome. You can actually steer them with one hand. No fighting with the cart that insist on turning right, etc . Such a little thing makes shopping less of a chore.

Every employee has always been polite, friendly and helpful. Every visit has been a good experience. This Publix seems to have a better quality and selection of meat and produce than nearby competing grocers.

Friendly staff, always clean and the pharmacy is the best! The pharmacy manager and some of the techs know me by name, even if had been a month since I saw them. I would not trade them for anything.
