This Publix is a convenient regular stop for me, but the last couple of months the front end service has gone downhill. The staff that has been in there for years has all been replaced, and the new staff is not friendly, and honestly seem kind of lazy. A good example is as a male, I genreally dont accept the front end clerks offer to take my groceries out, even if i am in there by my self with my 2 young kids, now though they just dont even offer, even though that is part of their job. Most of the time recently I also end up bagging my own groceries because the cashiers, who are also mostly new, are backed up and having to take care of it all by themselves because the front end clerks are no where to be found, which i find odd since you also never see them off to help anyone out with their groceries when they are around. Update: 2/28/17 - It has gotten worse since my last review above. The service is worse and now there seems to be inventory issues all of the time. I guess I will have to sacrifice convenience and go elsewhere to get decent service. Update 3/26/17 - I am not sure if there has been a recent management change at this store or not, but it was literally a night and day difference when I went in there last night compared to recent visits. The staff were friendly and helpful, I had to tell the lady that bagged up our groceries multiple times that I would carry them to the vehicle and she didnt need to go out in the rain. The staff were activily out restocking shelves and interacting with the customers, and it was an overall enjoyable experience as far as a trip to the grocery store goes. I am hoping this signals a change in direction and I will be able to continue visiting this location on a regular basis. For now I am increasing my rating to 3* pending future visits. Update 6/12/17 - The management definitely hasnt changed and it is still getting worse. They are constantly out of stock on many items and the front end service is absolutely terrible. I used to love this grocery store, but I am now extremely disappointed.

I have always had great service at this particular publix. So having no problems before, I ordered jumbo cupcakes for a Royal Prince Baby shower. The first lady that I met was kind and very helpful. I showed her pictures of what I wanted, and yay! My order was in and ready for the big day. Two days before the shower, I passed by the bakery to finalize everything as I had been advised. To my disappointment, the lady that was supposed to order the crowns did not order them. What was so wrong about the whole situation is how this lady made it as a by the way, I forgot to order the crowns. You not ordering those crowns sabotaged the theme of the whole baby shower. Unapologetically, She came to me with what I needed to do and what I should put on the cupcakes in order to get almost the same theme. I didnt ask for ideas two days before the shower, all I needed was you to deliver what you needed to deliver. Thanks to the lady that took my order previously, definitely have no problem with her. Her main concern to me was if I was going to pay for the cupcakes. Its a shame for such character to be in such a great place to shop. Very disappointed with my 90 dollars worth of cupcakes, very disappointed.

I paid over 30 dollars for a quarter sheet cake for my daughters birthday. No one here likes buttercream icing so when we ordered o itt with the whipped icing we expected to get it... they iced the cake in the whipped icing and then decorated it with mounds upon mounds of buttercream icing leaving it tasting like a big, gritty sugar coma, lard covered mess... why pay such an outrageous price for something I didnt order? Ive worked in a bakery before and if someone ordered a cake with whipped icing he entire cake was decorated with it. I wont ever order a cake from them again!

I gave 5 stats. The employees are so friendly. They go way beyond trying you help you find what you want. They have taken the time to explain to me what something is and a few ways to cook it. The samples from the cake and deli are of good size. I M going there this morning to get a few things. I just love the store. I grew up In Florida so I was momma green stamp licker And paster. What fun!

If Publix doesnt have it in stock all you have to do is ask. All the employees are pleasant and helpful. I love how they introduce new dishes with their "taste it" kiosk and invite you to try. Not only can you sample the recipe but they give you the recipe card. The parking lot is ample and if its raining they will stay with your cart while you bring the car up to the entance.

On October 10, I went to the meat department to buy some meet. We always cut the and we always go their to cut but I wasnt satisfied but the guy name Rex he helps me out all the time. I really appreciate of what he did I give him five stars because of him. Thanks rex
