Apparently, Kroger doesnt think it necessary to help customers out to their cars with their groceries anymore! I went early this past Saturday morning when the store was relatively slow. I took my 5-month old daughter with me and bought $250.00 of groceries for my family. After bagging up all my groceries & the attendant placing 2 rather heavy bags on my arms (they all wouldnt fit in the cart), he said have a nice day. I stood there with a loaded down cart, my small child, and heavy bags in my hands. I asked for some help & he just told me to be careful not to spill anything out of my cart on my way out. How rude & completely unhelpful. Kroger may have cheaper prices, but they also have horrible customer service & ignorant employees. In this situation, you get what you pay for. Were switching back to Publix ASAP.

This is just a one time experience, and I really just feel like ranting. My mom and I were in the Self check out and we had coupons. Neither of us knew the attendant had to scan the coupons for us. We were waiting for a couple of minutes and we finally turned to see the attendant (named Ronni) CHECKING OUT HERSELF SOME STARBUCKS DRINKS when there were actual customers waiting to check out. THEN she proceeded to help two other customers who started checking out AFTER we have been waiting on this lady. This attendant skipped us and one other person. Come on, we were waiting close to 10 minutes to scan coupons I could have scanned myself.

I had to wait over an hour for check outS... There was a little old lady doing all the work , checking out, bagging , running the customer service desk. Meanwhile there are 5 other employees and a manager standing around. I even asked the manager if he could open another line, because my meat (100 dollars worth) was going to spoil! He ignored me and walked away... Im never ever shopping at krogers again, Im even selling my stocks in krogers (5,000 dollars). A company that does not value their customers deserves NONE of my money. Do yourself a favor switch to another grocery store.

Love this Kroger. Ever since they remodeled it and expanded it is great. They have tons of brands and styles of food at decent prices. The layout is good as like items are by each other. They also have a hot bar by the deli, soup bar, sushi bar, cheese bar and tables for you to grab something to eat and sit and chill. I havent seen that in any other Kroger around here. Majority of the interactions I have with the employees are good and helpful. I enjoy doing my shopping here.

excellent store.Very neat and tidy. Stocks items all the time so it never runs out. My kids favorite place to get small cars :). They have fresh collection of vegetables and organic produce that we love. We visit this almost 2-3 times a week for most of our grocery items. The only thing we didnt like about here was frozen tilapia fish. Its very Organized and finding free friday kroger items is easy as the put them out on table

This is a super Kroger. Great selection and since it was re-modeled, VERY nice inside. Ive never had a problem finding things, and the employees are always very helpful. Only improvement I could see being made is the bagging. On the last 3 trips, we were given an individual sack for almost every item, and thats just over-board... Love it though and this is my home grocery store.

Krogers are generally all the same, however, this one is better than most, possibly due to competition from Publix. Food selection is excellent, except for international. Beer selection is surprisingly broad. It seems as if Kroger recognized that craft beer, especially local is important to consumers.

Best Kroger Ive been too here. Great selection. Big deli aND prepared food area. Only downfall is they are not very friendly. A LOT of young kids work the front amd are very clueless in manyour areas. Plus there is a man in meat dept. Who is always, always rude and unhelpful almost mean.

This Kroger has probably the best selection out of most other Krogers I go to. Only complaint, and its not with the store, but with the customers. Why do they drive sooooo slow around here. I consistently get stuck behind someone going 5 miles an hour or less. Parking lot speeds are 15!

This store is a lot bigger and offers much more product than my local one. Wish there was a left hand turning lane to exit onto Old Hickory. Instead you have to go down to the end of the plaza, make a left turn out of there and then you are at a light to make another left turn.

We love shopping here. Theyve got a wide selection of products and their store brands are inexpensive and good for our needs. They also have carts with little cars for little ones to ride in. And I have also used their Clicklist service, which is awesome for busy people.

I love shopping at kroger. Few things that i like about kroger are: 1. Kroger friday deals 2. Online coupons loaded to card directly 3. Fuel points 4. Exclusive deals for card holders based on their purchase history. 5. Great deals on all products 6. Organic produce

Corey helped me take out my grocerys and he was so polite. I am so happy that you have someone like him at your store. He has a lot of respect for a person my age, I am 60 year old. This is the Kroger store on Old Hickory Blvd. Hermitage Tn. 37076

Waited 45 minutes for curbside pickup. Absolutely unacceptable. They had two employees working, should have had more. Every car that arrived before us was served. I could have gone in shopped and had my groceries faster than this.

This is one of the larger Krogers that Ive been in it has all kinds of different items that you might not find at a smaller Krogers. Ive been shopping at Krogers grocery stores with my parents since I was a kid over 50 years ago

Very large, well stocked, and clean. My only complaint (and a minor one at that) is that the restrooms arent easy to find. FYI, the restrooms are located at the front of the store, between the pharmacy and check out lanes.

Great place to shop. Very friendly staff, always willing to help you. They go out of their way to help you find what you want. Very convenient place for me, close to my home. I love my Kroger. I use the pharmacy also.

Nicer Kroger in town. Always busy. Only bad part is in the parking lot the drivers are always going wrong way or distracted while driving. Not really Krogers fault but a warning if you havent been here before

Why does Kroger feel the need to robo call me during the day to remind me to get a flu shot? You should put the whole community on your do not call list. You are anoying the crap out of people.

This is one of the largest Kroger locations in Nashville, which makes it seem less crowded. The selection is wide with a large variety. I always seem to find what I need at a reasonable cost.
