Their customer service is horrible.....my husbands vest and tied was yellow and it was delivered with red stains on them a shirt that was purchased supposed to be brand new was dirty and musty, my husbands best friend got married last month they went to this so call "boutique" to request their suits in april they were told they would arrive May 15 but they would call to notify of arrival, no call was ever done to none of the 7 guys that order suits when we called to check on them we were told they simply hadnt arrived to call back they got the suits 5 days before the wedding, when the order was placed everyone was measured to get the correct sizes when the suits arrived they were about 2 sizes bigger than their normal size not one suit fitted well on any of the guys, the suits fabric quality was awful it almost look like a custom you can but at party city I looked at the prices on line base on the brand on the tag and the price was $74 they were sold at $290.00 per suit on top of that we had to pay $20 per alteration some of the guys ended up paying over 120 dollars in alterations they finally got their suits 2 days before the wedding, the vest and shoes were rented so they were suppose to be return to Monday after the wedding according to the owner which there is no where in their receipts that stated that we received a call from the owned stating the she was calling the cops and was filing a police report to report stolen property, that if we didnt return the items by 6pm the were making a claim the call was received at 550 pm. She agreed to wait til the next day when the items were deliver i started explaining about the stains and a dirty and musty shirt that was suppose to be brand new and she rudely interrupted me stating we did the damage on the vest and tied, she ordered and demanded me to show her a picture immediately she kept talking over me not allowing to explain her what was going on, she was more upset because there were some potential customers, she ended up kicking me out and threatening me to call the cops on me which she did I asked the people who was there to please look at how she was treating me and that she would do the same to her, according to her in order to avoid her reporting the items stolen we had to sign a form stating all of the items were returned which she refused to allow me to sign, kicked me out and call the police on me this place should not be open

The customer service provided by Donna Lewis was awful. My daughter tried on a dress at unique boutique and wanted to take a picture of herself in the dress and she rudely explained that she must purchase the dress before she could take a picture in it. Due to my work schedule my mother took my daughter to look for her dress for the ball. So my daughter wanted to take a picture to see if I liked the dress before we purchased the dress.Despite this early warning of poor customer service.My daughter rented this dress from her the same day, I paid the deposit per credit card via telephone. The gloves and necklace was not available when they were paid for in full along with the dress on a later date. After being paid in full she inform my daughter she would call her when they were in and did not keep her word, a couple of days before the event we touched basis with her after not hearing from her and was told that our items were there and been there sometime, forgeting that these items were paid for and that we were awaiting her call to notify us of arrival for pickup. This dress was a rental, and was due back the next day, my daughter fail to tell me this, I received a phone call from Ms Lewis about returning the dress, and I told her over the phone I would retun it after work. After arriving after work to return the dress, she explain the dress was one day late and was due a late fee. I agreed to pay the fee but realized I had left my wallet. Donna Lewis explain to me that I was a bad mother for not knowing when my daughters dress was due back, and I should have the cash money available. She went on to explain she has "one" every year that return the rental dress but are unaware of the late fee. My husband came into the store to see what was taking so long and she went on to say to my husband and I " you mean between the two of you, yall dont have twenty five dollars," My husband paid the fee in cash as I had left my wallet but he was angry and disgused at her remarks. I felt very disrespected. After spending over four hundred dollars with her business fo rent a dress this is the type of customer service we received. I guess these days customer service is a privilege, cause spending money with her company certainly doesnt allow you to receive if not anything respect of person.

My sister and her friends came into Memphis from FTW to go prom dress shopping. This store was VERY rude. they immediately asked for a price range, and when the girls chose something outside of it they were discouraged from trying it on. Assuming what someone can pay for is dangerous to your sales. Because they could have had any dress in the store they chose that day, but i would buy it ANYWHERE but there. Also, girls are not allowed to take pics in dresses AND, the sales kept peeking in the dressing room at teenage girls to ensure no pictures... we dont need pics, the make,style and color is all we need to buy elsewhere. And all the talk about "not trying on expensive ones due to wear and tear" ridiculous, because thats not the one were were planning on ordering, thats why you place an ORDER. and the one we did try on that they were so worried about had a ripped seam anyways. VERY RUDE, unprofessional staff that now has me on a mission to tell everyone about their store. Its my opinion they were unfair against the girls who 1, were dressed appropriately to try on clothing, clean, well behaved and somewhat shy. Ill take my money elsewhere
