I had such a great experience here! I went in last Saturday with my mom, future MIL, and two sisters. The lady that helped us, Dawnelle, was amazing. She listened to exactly what I wanted and showed me only the dresses that fit my guidelines. She was very attentive and fun to work with. When I finally found "the gown"--I had a hard time saying yes....Its such a big decision!...She understood my concerns and said to go home and think about it and shed put the dress in the back for me until the following day...Most places will not let you "reserve" a dress like this so I was highly impressed with that. She knew I was uncomfortable with the price of the dress and gave us a great deal on it. The next day I came back in with my mom and dad to try it on again before making a decision. As soon as I walked in the door (and even though she was busy with other customers) she immediately greeted me by name. I tried the dress on one last time and knew it was the one. I would definitely recommend going to Elegant Brides and will be returning in the future to look for bridesmaid dresses. The place is clean, well stocked full of amazing dresses, and just an all around fun atmosphere to be in. I never felt rushed and she even encouraged me to walk around in the dress, to sit, dance, etc...Other places Ive been to want you in and out of a dress...Definitely not the case here. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for their wedding dress. It was an all around wonderful experience and I couldnt be more happy with the dress I found.

I was in earlier today with my bridal party. As my excited bridal party walked in, they said and "this is the bride!". Instead of a pleasant greeting, congrats, or anything at all we got a blank stares and "do you have an appointment?". We had scheduled appointment and all of the ladies, rudely handed me tags. They said "put these on the ones you want". Myself, nor my bridal party, did not receive one smile throughout our short visit. I picked out a few dresses, and the lady started off by saying "do you want them to help you or me". Every encounter we had with one of the workers, there were no smiles or excitement in their tones. She only brought one dress for me to try on after we told her what styles I was looking for. Every time the lady was around my bridal party, we felt awkward and like we werent to act like our goofy selves. I had only tried on three dresses and wanted to rush out of the store. This was my first time trying on dresses and these employees ruined my first bridal shopping experience. There never once was a congratulations or smiles exchanged. I have no idea how this boutique has received more than a 1 star.

I just got married on Saturday and I felt absolutely beautiful in my wedding dress from Elegant Brides. Everyone continued to comment on how stunning I looked in it and some even asked where I got it from. I received comments like "I have never seen a more beautiful dress." In fact, neither have I ....I tried on one dress and decided this is the one...Dawnelle insisted I try on a couple more....just because this experience is only going to happen once and to ensure that what I chose is what I truly wanted. I tried on quite a few dresses after that and decided I was done. Until Dawnelle suggested just one more...I tried on my wedding dress and I started to tear up....I knew it was THE ONE!! Thank you so much Dawnelle for all of your help, support and great conversation. Also, every time I called to check in and make sure my girls were measured or picked up their dresses...Dawnelle was always happy to help me with all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Elegant Brides to any woman who is looking for a once in a lifetime experience...I will always look back and remember Dawnelle!! Thank you so much!!!

Elegant Brides deserves beyond 5 stars. After explaining my situation to them today of my previous Maggie Sottero dress not being ordered from another bridal shop and now being wedding dress-less with 8 months until my wedding date, they went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me find the perfect Maggie Sottero wedding dress. I didnt have an appointment, I just walked right in. Never once did I feel rushed, or shamed for not having an appointment. Every girl that helped me was absolutely fabulous! Even knowing how scared I was to try and order another Maggie Sottero dress, the manager called me about an hour after I left the store letting me know she HAD placed the order and that the dress would be arriving at the store on May 24th, 2012. I cant express how grateful I am for places like this that are so willing to help brides. Truly a great experience. The place was clean, the mirrors were huge and the lighting was perfect to see every detail on each dress. Thank you Elegant Brides for giving me the best experience I could have possible have had!!!

I came in to look for bridesmaids dresses, and was trying on wedding gowns. When trying on a gown I thought the size was reasonable and made a comment if I lost a litte weight. The sales rep made the comment, "Most people say they are going to lose weight but never do." That was my first red flag. I decided to look elsewhere for my wedding gown. I found a bridesmaid dress and had 10 bridesmaids. We ended up changing the style and that was a frustration on the shops behalf. I went to begin ordering the dresses and found them cheaper on a website online. I approached the owner after a few dresses were ordered to see if she could match the price and declined. I pulled all my orders because being a woman on a budget, saving a $100 per dress was much better for my bridal party. The owner then asked me to never do business with them again. And I definitely wont. I ordered the dresses online and saved much more money for my bridal party. I will never do business with such a poor shop again!

My wedding dress shopping experience at Elegant Brides was definitely a positive one. I would strongly recommend working the owner Dawnelle or her helpful staff. She made it easy to find the right dress for me and have fun doing it. I tried some dresses on just for kicks and grins with her encouragement just to see the different styles. When I was there, I was well taken care of. She wrote down the styles I liked to take with me so I could take my time to decide. When I got back to her to place my order there were no surprises. Dawnelle was also able to give me advice on area venues and vendors having a better idea which ones her clients had been satisfied with or not in the past. Id say go to Elegant Brides if you want good business on top of a good wedding dress for sure.

I recently purchased my Maggie Sottero wedding gown from Elegant Brides, and my bridesmaids will be purchasing their dresses from there as well. Originally, Elegant Brides did not have the particular Maggie dress that I was looking for, but the owner went above and beyond to get the dress to the store just so I could try it on. It was the first dress I tried on, and would have been the only if not for the associate suggesting I try a few more on just to make sure my selection was, in fact, the right dress. All of the dresses were beautiful, and the selection in the store was more than I could have hoped for. I cannot wait for my January, 2013 wedding so my bridesmaids and I can look stunning in our attire. Thank you, Elegant Brides!
