As is typical with most Cracker Barrel stores, the food was very good and service was as expected in the average store/restaurant. However, our wait person at the Manchester TN store was exceptional. I only have her first name, Opal, but she was most attentive, patient, and accomodating and went out of her way to assure we had a pleasant dining experience. There were 5 of us at one table, although we were with a travel group of 35, and we were most fortunate to have Opal as our wait person. Meal and gratuity was paid by our travel coordinator, but our group of 5 was so impressed with Opal, we left an additional 20% gratuity. Should you ever find yourself at the Manchester TN Cracker Barrel, ask to be seated in Opals section, youll be glad you did.

Roast beef dinner was nice. Beef was warmed up (menu says its cooked for 14 hours, but our waiter came to tell us it was taking a while to cook. At 7PM you would expect it to be ready for the dinner customers, so they were obviously warming some up out of the fridge). Tasted nice though, and very tender. Mashed potato was fresh, not instant, but all of the other vegetables were obviously out of a can. We had green beans, baby carrots and pinto beans, all canned and mushy. Waiter tried to be attentive and nice, but didnt seem like his heart was in it. Overall, about the same quality as what you would get at a Dennys. Disappointed.

Not. Impressed. Generally if youve been in one CB youve been in a version of them all. Let me tell you guys, I love Cracker Barrels homey feel and Southern cooking. This one however, had super slow-as-Christmas service and I kid you not, our food came out by 4 different people, 4 times, and I still didnt get one of my sides. It wasnt that difficult an order, I assure you. When youre on the road, 14 hours into what will now be a 17.5 hour drive, the VERY last thing you want to do is burn an hour and a half for barely mediocre food and less than stellar service! Skip this particular Cracker Barrel, if youre wise.

After driving for 10 hours from Chicago to Florida we decided to stop by @ 6am for breakfast. The waitress Michelle was not friendly at all. She rushed us to order, when she came with the food she sort of slammed it on the table & after a few minutes after she brought us the check. Didnt ask us if we wanted anything else or more coffee? She was just rude. I gave it 3 stars only because the food was delicious. Would we had better service I would of gave it 5 stars

Cracker Barrel used to be a place to get good "home cooking", but over the past few years, the food has gone way downhill. And due mostly to the fact that way too may people (local and travelers) think differently, it takes forever to get seated! Before the food quality went downhill a few years ago, I used to like to call in our order and bring that home to avoid the 45 minute to an hour wait time to be seated, but now, I just go somewhere else.

They were in too big a hurry to close and they didnt close for an hour. It was too long before our drink orders were even taken , so when they took our order, we ordered everything. Our server was sweet but overwhelmed apparently. My wifes steak was cooked medium , she ordered medium well. Not a terrible experience but far from my best cracker barrel experience.

This was my first experience at a cracker barrel and will probably be my last. The place was so crowded that it was difficult to navigate. I didnt care much for our server, who couldnt even muster a smile or even make eye contact. I would describe the food as Perkins or Country Kitchen, but with a higher price.

This is for the store and costumers. The (new?) Waiter, Christopher was very nice and helpful. The reason I put new in parentheses is that he seemed new. If he wasnt I dont mean this as an insult. I will mention that I had a dirty knife but that was all. Food was good. Service was good. Overall great time.

Had only a 5 minute wait to be seated on a busy 4th of July. I had the Pepper Mill Steak & Eggs and it was great. The waitress kept the coffee and tea coming. When we finished eating we shopped in the store, and once again I found several clothing items to buy. Ive always enjoyed eating and shopping here.

Others cared beyond the pleasantness of the crew. Opened doors and gave way when necessary. The crew came back to check on us several times. Resister offered Christmas bags when I wasnt aware that they offered them. Made me feel special. Their gift section had a nice selection.

Lisa was a superb server! Fast, accurate, and she created a welcoming environment. The food was great as it always is at Cracker Barrel. Strongly recommend as your go-to travel chain, and I was blown away by Lisas hospitality at this location!

Back in june, the service was friendly, the menu as to be expected, but the actual food,... Too much salt, not well cooked barely finished one of the plates on the table. Disappointing after eating at other cracker barrel.

The problem we had was getting waited on. It was 8min. When the manager walked by and said nothing and another 3-4min before the end waitress came and took our order. The food was hot and good as always.

Great pancakes! Ask for the blueberry syrup! Country fried steak is pretty good too! Ruben is okay. Better get here early on Sunday. Usually a 30 min wait. During the week not so busy.

I waited for 5 minutes for them to take my to go order then 2 bus loads came in and I was pushed to the back of line. Only when I complained did they take my order.

Its good. Go here often. Sometimes the wait is really long. But the food is good. The waiters are good. Not a great cracker barrel, but 4 stars worthy for sure.

The service was excellent, we came in a little late from a long road trip, we were more than happy with our waiter Jacob. Thank you so much for a great evening.

Wait to be seated was shorter than anticipated during a very busy Friday night. Wait time at table when seated was longer than anticipated

Long wait times on Sunday, nothing different from any other local sit-down restaurant. Good food, and a nice country store

Food has taken a down turn as of late. Not what it use to be. Noisy, crowded with yard sale shoppers. Go elsewhere
