I ordered Windows from him the only service I actually got was picking up the windows out of his shop. He has terrible customer service skills and is incredibly lazy. I requested he call me when my windows arrived before I left. He said he would. He day he said they were suppose to arrive. No call. I called him and said UPS hadnt got there yet. Thats understandable. He said he would call me back when UPS showed up. He didnt. I called him back the next day thinking that maybe they werent on that shipment. They were. His excuse was "yeah we have been busy all week" I call bulls**t because all it would have took was a 30 second phone call to say "your windows are here" I know for a fact he could have taken 30 seconds out of his "busy" day to call a customer. On top of all that. I found out why he never called, I walk in and he is sitting around chatting with his buddies doing absolutely nothing. Because hes either the boss or a sales manager. Not a service tech. Regardless. Im in the store now asking if my windows were in. He says "theyre right there" then goes back to his conversation with his buddies. From the start of the transaction which was two days prior to the moment I left the store. There was not a SINGLE " Thanks, see ya, have a good day, appreciate ya. " even after I had been EXTREMELY respectful and nice to him. He treated me like garbage, maybe because I was younger than him? Im not sure what is problem is. But I can assure you that he could care less about you spending your hard earned money there. But hey, thanks for the windows.

Ive used TOR a few times now and Ive been very pleased with the results. John is a straight-talker no BS kind of guy and I trusted him with my brand new truck and will not hesitate to go back when the time comes for some additional upgradeswork.
