We bought a radiator that is under warranty only couple months old and r 2 hours away from home and something has went threw it making a hole and they r the only autozone within 30 mile radius that wont replace it under the warranty and they r only couple miles from us the next closest is 15 miles which is good stretch with vehicle losing water. If u pay that much for a part and it comes with warranty no matter what happens they should replace it cause more than likely your not gonna intentionally gonna destroy it knowing its expensive and gonna leave u stranded.

I was in a pickle on a Saturday night and every shop in 20 miles was closed. Employees were very helpful trying to get me up and running and also called in a mechanic to come help. They got me fixed up and back on the road. Very appreciative of everyone there that helped.

Didnt get the girls name but on Sunday May 28th 2017 at about 5:35 Pm.. I had the worst customer service I have ever had this lady was very rude.. I wouldnt even give 1 star but I have too..

They can get most anything you need and are very helpful. Unfortunately, management does not usually schedule enough staff, so it can be slow.
