I always get a sense of "I hate working here" when I go in. If I am the only customer, it takes 5 minutes to get waited on. If I am one of others, it takes 10-15 mins. I always come with a part number ready now because there is just no way for them to find what I need when their computer is that bad. Ive been in plenty of other parts stores, this one just feels like they dont really want to be doing the job. Only reason I gave a 2 instead of 1 was because they still have parts I need from time to time.

They carry large variety of parts and if they dont have in stock they can order parts. However, I end up having to make unnecessary trips back to Autozone because I was sold wrong parts. This happens often which wastes my time and gas. Recently, I had to return some parts which an employee sold me wrong ones. As I return them an employee rudely asks "why am i always returning things?" I proceeded to explain Im constantly sold wrong items. Also most transactions are slow

Gary was an exceptional help. I was having car troubles on a Sunday afternoon. Since no shops are open on Sundays, Auto Zone was really the only option during my trip out of state. Gary took time out of his day to investigate the issue and provide appropriate steps to determine a) best steps to safely get back to Chicago, and b) what to check when taking it to a shop. Im not from the area, but would absolutely recommend this shop based on Gary alone.

Excellent Service! I needed a battery terminal expander BADLY and they didnt even charge me for it. I was able to fix my vehicle in the parking lot and drive away. Pounded that boy on there clamped er up and good to go!!! Would absolutely return again.
