I went in to get a new battery. My battery was dead that morning and I had to get it jumped off to be able to even to get to their store. I went in and asked if they could check my battery and install it if I need a new one. The lady behind the counter said yes. She asked a gentleman to come and check. He came out and started to check it and then said that he wasnt going to be able to help me because my battery was too far back under the hood (all of this while he kept his personal phone call going, resting on his shoulder). I asked him who would he send his wife to if she was in a jam like I was.. He said take it to the dealership. I asked him do you know how much that will cost?? He didnt care at all. I went right down the street to Oreillys and the guys there were awesome. I asked him if there was a problem with the location of my battery and he said absolutely not. They checked it and replaced it within 10 minutes. Shame on you AutoZone people. Yes, it was pretty cold and windy outside, but not caring to help someone in need is just unacceptable. All of my business will all be took to Oreillys now. Oreillys has great service, I recommend you skip Autozone and go straight to Oreillys. Autozone apparently didnt want the $153 I paid for a new battery.

Im a long time customer of autozone and have spent hundreds of dollars in the past few months at the store located near my house. Recently, my check engine light came on and so after work yesterday evening I went to autozone to have it scanned only to be told condescendingly that there were only two employees working so they could not scan my car. So, frustrated, I immediately left and drove across the street to OReilly auto parts, who had only two employees working also but were more than happy to scan my car and gave me a much more detailed diagnosis than I usually get from autozone. I wont be back to autozone and regret spending so much money at a store that clearly doesnt care about their customers.

On multiple occasions over the course of a few months Ive gone to AutoZone (this being one of the local locations). And on all of those occasions I get a "were too busy." Does it really take more than 2-3 minutes to plug in a code scanner and get the results? If it does, something is wrong because no other parts store has refused. AutoZone has had terrible service for a while for various things I needed simple help with. Wont be going to any of them again, thats for sure.

Ordered a coolant tank cap that ended up not fitting my current one. Wesley helped me and found a brand new tank in stock! It came with the cap already with it, so he discounted me the cost of the 2nd cap. Also helped fill up my radiator and gave me some information on it. Great help and service bere!
