Within the past 10 years, I have written less than 5 reviews of businesses, so when I do, you may feel free to take it as 100% genuine! This week my 22yo daughter was stranded on the side of I-65 near Franklin. We live 3 states away and dont know the area at all. I relied on an internet search to find Simpson County Tire. I dont know them from Adam, so it was by the grace of God that we were placed in their hands. They went over and above in looking out for my daughter. They sent someone to pick her up before the tow truck could even arrive so she was safe. It was late in the day, meaning her vehicle couldnt be properly assessed and fixed until the following day. They helped her arrange a safe place to stay overnight and then made sure she got there safely. The next morning, they immediately worked on her vehicle and got her back on the road before noon. They only charged us for what they had to and the cost was totally reasonable. I dont know a better way to tell them thank you than to write this review so others may feel confident in calling on them in a time of need! Thank you and God speed.

Tire service is great. Mechanic work sucks. Some "mechanic" at Simpson County tire disconnected the rear fuel pump and hot wired the front fuel pump on a truck that I had recently bought, it was a big joke there at the tire shop about the dumb ass from Florida didnt know anything about a truck, that he should be riding a bicycle around.

Make an appointment, I was fortunate enough to walk in and catch a cancelled appointment. They were more reasonably priced and more polite then any one else in Franklin. I got exactly what I asked for with no trouble.
