As far as service and product knowledge, I found this store offers more than many paint stores Ive been to. They keep asking questions and working with the customer to first learn what theyre trying to get in terms of the finished look. Then, they offer more than 1 option and a price range of good, better, & best. And, contrary to the comment made about Benjamin Moore ceiling paint, Ben Moore paint has an established reputation for top quality paint results. Ben Moore has been making paint since 1883...I think theyve got their product fine tuned by now.

Top notch service and products. Everyone here is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After years of buying substandard paint at the big box stores, I have learned my lesson. My biggest investment when painting a room is not the paint but rather my time and spending a bit more on a good quality paint means less time painting and a better finished product.

Just bought several gallons of Benjamin Moores Aura paint. Couldnt be more please with the quality of the product and the service of the employees. Will buy all of my paint from them in the future. I would recommend them to anyone.

I ordered rollers from them for 1,600 dollars. One roller had been fixed three times and to this point is in the store, broken. The owner, Luke, said he will not fix this roller because his job is done.

Excellent knowledge base. A few employees that are used to construction up north so it helps the "transplants" in our area. They are ACTUALLY OPEN on Saturdays which is nice!
