Service has gone way down hill. The supposed managers dont even know how their own systems work. They now require you to use a pin number on regular Master Cards when they have a chip. Have NEVER been asked to use a pin number with a non debt card anywhere. They claimed they couldnt do it any other way, because Kroger changed it last year and the "Manager" Terrel didnt even know it was a rule, another cashier had to come over and say they dont know why Kroger changed it, but they only do it to Master Cards and not Visa. If you come in late, past 11pm, good luck getting much service. They close the entry doors so you have no access to shopping carts. Went in twice in the last few months at that time and they had no carts available since they were locked up inside the main entrance side. They were sitting around talking and told me I could go get a cart in the parking lot. I am disabled by the way, so had to walk back outside to find a cart. Had another visit late in December and had to stand around up front for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to show up to check out. 1 lane open with no one there. Even tried calling the store with no answer. Basically they are horrible at night, and unfortunately not much better during the day. Been a customer of THIS location since the 80s. Even shopped at their orginal location here in Hendersonville across from the Post office. Sad to see how bad this store has gotten. Other location in Hendersonville is night and day. GREAT support and managers bend over backwards to help.

The fresh produce is fresh alright, so fresh off the vine its never ripe. Dont buy plums, peaches etc here. the organic section, same thing. You feel them and theyre soft, but the fruits taste like bland, semi-sweet, foamy cardboard. Better off eating decorative fruit. Cant tell you how many times I took one bite out of a fruit and tossed it straight into the trash. They dont have a single sushi roll without imitation crab. What a joke. The staff are awesome though.

Well I was worried when it moved that customer service would decline...it has. Liked the Bistro but not always open in the mid afternoon. Today they were not ready at 4. Several folks walked away. I wanted a burrito bowl...only had chicken and no quacamole. Waited 15 minutes to be told Id have to wait longer as they were short staffed. Took 3 people to get my bowl. This place is now out of my way....will think twice before going again.

The new location is always out of stock on so many items when I go there now! Its ridiculous. I leave feeling annoyed and frustrated. I have been let down the last few times I have been there. I will not be going back! I will stick to the other two locations near me bc the customer service there is great and they are always well stocked! Shame such a nice new place is such a big let down.

Came in around 8 in the morning, walked by the manager who talking to another employee. They did not acknowledge me in any way; i was within arms reach. As i was shopping the dairy section had atleast 6 out of stocks and the can veggies isle had atleast 10 or more. I wasnt talked to by anybody for the 35 mins or so that I was in the store( except other shoppers). The store was clean though

Terrible, went the Monday after grand opening. Was trying to park in handicap, but the cart girl was in the way and wouldnt move. Did my shopping in an electric cart. When I checked out the cashier did not even acknowledge me. After bagging my groceries he just stood there. It could not even compare to the service at the old store. Either retrain or move back. Service was terrible.

New faces among staff seem more friendly than in the past. Still need to go looking for someone when I need help or have a question. Often it takes some time to find anyone. But overall I think theyre trending up. Gives me hope that when the new Marketplace opens across the street they will have a staff to match their beautiful new facility.

Never pay your NES bill here. Paid mine and received a cut off notice the next month. Went to get a refund Manager did not want to do the refund because the address on my DL differed from my bill. I had recently moved to Tn thats why my DL was not the same. Card was the same .....I dont understand why the hassle to get my money back.

Not impressed. Only change is the store size with bigger deli area. Price hasnt changed at all. Looks like they went cheap on the lighting, didnt even install LED in the open ceiling, except for certain highlighted areas...Looks like Big Box store wins again. Can anyone beat WALMART, I hate that place...!!!!!

good food. it seems like the elderly just stand in the high traffic areas of the parking lot completely unaware of the traffic. the elderly congregate here like teenagers group up at skate parks and empty parking lots. Every day is senior citizen day!

I called to find out how much diesel was at their store to decide where to get a fill up at. She said wasnt able to give prices out. So guess they wont get a big sale on a fill up in my truck.

This Krogers is neat and the staff is friendly. There is an excellent variety of fresh fruit. I didnt give it 5 stars because it is small and doesnt have much for dry goods.
