I shop the Fort Campbell Commissary weekly, Strengths: the prices are generally hard to beat, I happen to know where everything is (makes shopping fast), and its convenient because I work on Fort Campbell. Challenges: customer service is fair (though some employees are very helpful, most are not), produce quality varies widely from week to week, the self checkout aisle is not large enough and has the cheapest (sub-par quality) equipment Ive ever seen, and there isnt a viable store sale/ promotion advertising system (like other grocery stores) that Im aware of.

I love how big this place is and they have a lot of cashiers, its always busy. Pretty good prices, specially if you use the online coupon reward card. Fresh produce isnt the freshest but Ive been told from other families thats an issue with commissaries in general. My family still buys them we just make sure to eat them within the first few days of buying.

Good hours and prices but a chore to get to. Overall, it is very clean and the employees are kind and pleasant. The parking lot can be a little difficult to get into if any activity is happening (case lots, post run, ceremonies, traffic accident near an parking lot entrance, etc.) It is on post and requires a government ID card.

This is the nicest commisarry Ive ever been to...until you have to use the bathroom. Every single soap dispenser in every single bathroom is empty and broke....GROSS. We still buy all of our food here though. Just make sure the kids use the bathroom before you leave the house!

In my personal experience, the employees here have been quite rude. You dont really save all that much compared to other stores. Its always super crowded, especially on or around payday. Id much rather pay a little more to be able to shop in peace at Walmart than come here.

What you save in tax you usually end up paying for in "surcharge". Never go on a pay day if your sanity is already in distress. Otherwise its a nice place. I dont particularly like their lack of certain brands but they have good alternatives. The sushi here is fantastic.

This is my local commissary and Im never disappointed. They check your ID at the door and there are baggers that will load your groceries for a small tip. They also have great specials that you can search for ahead odd time on the website.

One of the better commissaries in the Army. The produce is fresh and the meat and dairy are priced lower than Walmart, as are many staples. The employees are helpful and professional. DECA needs to make this their standard across all posts.

Normally crowded long lines checking out and the Asian bag ladies are jerks when you dont tip them non the less I like the store just not how the bag people act when you dont have cash to tip them for doing there job

The meat prices are the main thing this is competitive in price. Most everything else is the same or more than other places. .. They charge a surchage ( tax) so dont be fooled.
