Just moved back to the area after being gone for 17+ years, this is the closest krogers to our new house. My husband and I stopped in to pick up a few items the other evening. We were very impressed by the nice fruit and vegetable selection, bakery, deli, and meat counter. The store has been just remodeled and we are both pleased with it. I will be very happy as long as I can get them to carry diet Vernors soda. I didnt see it when we were there the other day. Im hoping to speak with the grocery manager tomorrow about this. Our store back in Vegas, Smiths, which is an affiliate of krogers carried it, so Im hoping they can get it!! I cant live without it, lol.. The one thing I was sad to see gone from the store was the salad bar. I dont know how long its been gone, but I sure did enjoy it. We will be making this nice Krogers our new grocery store. Thx for the improvements....

I really like this location, however Im only giving it 3 stars due to the parking situation that has gotten really out of hand here. This location has really good staff who are very helpful and obviously the prices and savings at Kroger are second to none. However, I have often avoided this location due to how inconvenient it is to find a parking space and get in and out of the store quickly. Since they have expanded the building recently traffic inside the store seems to flow a little bit better but the isles are often crowded and often items are completely sold out. It can be quite a chore getting in and out of this location after 5:00 P.M. during the week. Otherwise this is a great location if you can handle all the chaos and traffic inside the store.

Called to check if they had a certain product in stock. Whoever spoke on the phone(I will not post his name) doesnt know how to speak clear english..just ghetto talk. Three times I had to tell him the exact brand name product. Each time he would put me on hold, then come back and ask "watchu lookin fo." When I asked to speak to the store manager(Mr. Cook) he hung up on me. I called back through the pharmacy department. Spoke to a very articulate young man by the name of Darian. He was kind enough to send me directly to the managers desk, which was forwarded back to the service desk, with the original lackey. Ive had better customer service at Wal-Mart. Never going here again, I keep my business at Publix or Costco.

I CAME TO THIS STORE FOR THE FIRST TIME A FEW DAYS AGO. OUT OF THE ITEMS I PURCHASED, THE THREE "NAKED" COCONUT WATERS WERE EXPIRED ON 10/13/2014 AND I DID NOT REALIZE UNTIL I STARTED TO WONDER WHY I HAD BEEN SICK FOR TWO DAYS. I DRANK TWO OF THE THREE WATERS. THEN, I ATE A FRESH FRUIT CUP, PACKAGE BY KROGER IN THE PRODUCE SECTION, AND THERE WAS/IS A GIANT FLY WING IN IT. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR A STORE SELLING FOOD ITEMS. I WOULD LIKE SOMEONE TO CALL ME REGARDING THESE ITEMS, WHICH I STILL HAVE IN MY POSSESSION. I HAVE BEEN SICK FOR TWO DAYS AND I NEED AN EXPLANATION AS TO HOW THIS STORE ALLOWS THIS TO HAPPEN.

They remodeled this summer (over 5 months ago) and the new deli area is really nice. The parking and checkout lines are consistently horrendous. Store layout is poor, everything has AT LEAST two placements in the store! Milk has two, horse radish has two, sauerkraut has three, with different brands at each placement. I spend waaaaayyyyy too long looking for simple items. Good luck finding someone that can help you find the items that you are seeking. Im ready to switch to publix, even though I will drive past this Kroger to get there. Im looking forward to Aldi.

The issue is not the store itself. I have done quite a bit of shopping here and consistently face the same issues. The parking lot is not accommodating for the amount of business the store gets. Most of the customers Ive encountered inside have had an "Im above you" attitude, and from experience will have no problem running in to you with their cart and going about their shopping. The store itself is clean, friendly, and efficiently operated, though the prices are only reasonable if you have a Kroger card.

The selection here is fantastic compared to the Kroger in Belle Meade. I do wish the aisles werent so long, but there could be worse things. I do not like that Kroger makes you check two different places for specific brands. The organic/natural foods section is pretty selective in what it puts there, but what if I want clean, conventional? Then I have to go to another part of the store to figure it out. Going back and forth makes my trip ridiculously time-consuming sometimes.

This Kroger is so much better since they remodeled it. I think the store could still use some work on their product selection and staff friendliness. The parking lot is always jam packed, but the deals are pretty good week to week, so I am willing to deal with it. They arent my one stop shop because they dont have some of the products that their competitors have. Love that I can buy diesel at their gas station!

Stopped by here while in Nashville and Im very surprised at the mediocre reviews on here! This location is well-stocked with plenty of organic/health foods and very friendly employees. It is a rather quaint place, and the in-progress remodelling will likely make it an even more charming store. I definitely hope to be back! This place is everything youd want from a Kroger.

worst service that I have ever experienced at any grocery store ever plus they only had 40% of product in which I was in search of. I personally will never shop there again. I dare u to shop there yourself anf say otherwise because I have givin them many chances and always the same outcome every time!

Best Kroger in Nashville. Used to be another chain, but its now Kroger and just as delicious. The hot food bar is worthy of a meal rather than the unhealthy chains nearby. This store has bulk stuff and you can make your own peanut and almond butter. Did a fine job on remodelling.

Hey Diana
Remodel looks nice but parking is horrible. Watching out walking from store to parking so you dont get run over by cars quickly speeding into shopping center. Also at this location the employees are NOT personable nor friendly. The Kroger on Hwy 100 is much better!!!

I would give it 5 but some employees as less enthusiastic than others. But overall my favorite Kroger so far. Everything is always restocked. Produce section looks great. Store is clean and items are organized.

Ever since the re-model this Kroger is the place to be. The only downside of this location is the parking lot. Prepare for chaos when trying to enter and exit from here. Once your in the store though its great!

Probably one of the best Krogers in the city. Recently remodeled, so if you have to go inside its a good experience. I rarely do now however since i use the clicklist service. Love it! Hate the website though.

Nice store. Miserable parking. What store sells week old Sunday newspapers? Shopped 23 July. Aisle specials do not ring up true at checkout. Classic bait and switch tactic, illegal in most states.
