I rarely visit this store. When I do, its always rather uncomfortable. I feel as if the employees in the front are all over the place. The produce department is full of customers but no workers. I waited for about 10 minutes to get a balloon blown up. Of course no one was in the floral area. I walked around trying to find a product. The men in the meat department seemed as if they were to occupied to help me find a product. I decided to skip the product and proceed to look for the rest of my items. I was pretty confident and hopeful that I would find a worker as I roamed the store. Of course there was no one to be found. Furthermore, I dreadfully walked to the meat department. I then felt like a nuisance because it already seemed as if they did not want the help me the first initial time. I asked if they could find someone who knew where the product I needed was located at. He then called for a manager. I believe his name was Mullin or Collin. Not quite sure. He was a short man with a balding head. I hate describe him in such manner but he didnt even introduce his self. This is why Im unsure of the name. He seemed VERY frustrated and SIGHED a lot like I was just another one of his issues. He still gave me a smile. It didnt feel very sincere. After searching, the manager saw the product was out of stock. It made me regret setting foot in the store. That product was the reason I even pursued to enter the store. As with the other review. I received Sharde as a cashier. The lines where running long and she signaled me to come into her line. Which I initially thought to be great. I was extremely ready to leave the store by this time. I was excited to finally check out. I thanked her and asked how she was. She just stared with a unamused face and said "fine". That made things uncomfortable. She didnt communicate with me after that. She was quiet the whole time except for when she asked me if I had a Kroger card near the end of the transaction. I took my time to write this informative paragraph because things must change! I use this store as a last resort and it shouldnt be this way. I go to the Publix off Franklin Rd and pay more just so I can have a better shopping experience. Hopefully, the things will be corrected in the future.

There are three types of people who work at this Kroger: hard-working, professional people; people who are mad that they havent been appointed Prince or Princess of all they survey; and creepy old dudes who look at you like theyre trying to decide how to best eat your skin. On the plus side, this Kroger has a bar in it. The bar is literally never open, but its nice of Kroger to provide a venue for me to get into a bar room brawl with the stink-eyeing yuppies glued to their cellphones who shop here. Also of note: there is an interesting linguistic quirk that is, as far as I can tell, localized to this particular Kroger wherein the word "Express" means the opposite of what it means to the rest of the world. The Express lane at checkout only ever has people unloading an entire cart full of groceries.

While this is one of the fewer well-organized and clean Krogers Ive been to in Middle TN, I always end up in the line with the worst cashier. I believe her name was Shardae on my receipt. Every time Ive gone into her line, she has the worst attitude with me and I havent even said a word! I give her a friendly smile, and shell roll her eyes at me. Dont get me started when I bring in TWO coupons. Shell have a fit. I notice that when there is a male behind me, her attitude changes 100% after Ive left. Ive not had any other issues with the other hard-working people there, but she is just plain out rude. On the up-side, I love the clearance isle they have.

The salad bar which is a popular lunch time destination is now being filled with what seems to be day old vegetables that should have been thrown out but now seems to be thrown on the salad bar instead. I literally had to pick thru rotten cherry tomatoes, red onions that looked spoiled and cauliflower with black mold all over it. I finally just gave up and did not make the purchase. I walked over to the prepared food line and all the pans with food items in them looked like they hadnt been washed in days. I passed all together and went somewhere else for lunch. New management?

Since this Kroger opened we drive past 2 other Krogers, 2 Walmarts, and at least 1 Publix to shop here! They have everything. Its huge, well-stocked and clean. They also have a dedicated ClickList pick-up lane in front of the store. Plus theres a built-in Starbucks and a bar so you can have your drink of choice before shopping! Natural foods, produce, and flower sections also seem bigger and have more variety than most other nearby Kroger locations.

Anything you could ever need at a grocery store is here. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The only gripe I have is there always seems to be a shortage of carts by the entrance - we literally took the last one the other night, and the folks behind us had to hunt for one. Be ye warned: every time we come into the store, there is always an entitled suburbanite telling-off an employee for no good reason.

This Kroger is very disgusting, not well kept up, and just dirty in general. It always smells. The staff is more interested in standing around talking rather than actually doing their job. They slam the groceries into the bag and are just careless in general. The staff definitely needs a reality check and a lesson on customer service.

Love the organic choices and how they care about the people that work here, I have been shopping here for years and they always try to help the disable and the elderly stay employed. so if you hear the people that work there are distracted this may be why so be patient and be glad someone is willing to teach them to work

the store is way to big, there is no such thing as running in to grab a gallon of milk. For the size of the store one would think the selection of the different departments would be rather large and have nice selections. Not here, the fresh meat selection is highly disappointing.

Was not thrilled about our Kroger moving, even tho it was only a block away! But the traffic up there is awful. Anyway, have had pleasant experiences while shopping here, took a while to get used to as it is so large. Very pleasant employees, easy check out.

My husband looked for someone to help him & check him out for 20 minutes & couldnt find anyone. He went back to the front register where he had left his merchandise & someone had already put it up! Ended up leaving without purchasing anything!

As far as Kroger goes, this is a step up. This is a former Harris Teeter store. Excellent prices, great organic section, easy to find products, and a tasting bar for wine and beer. As it turned out, they also carry high end wine as well.
